We came here for dinner and were so impressed. It has such a cool vibe to the restaurant. The food was delicious, a great variety of choices, and lovely cocktails too! Delicious desserts. Service was really friendly despite it being a busy place. I do recommend making a reservation as I can imagine it gets busy, we were there on a weekday and it was busy then! There is parking just outside. The restaurant has a separate entrance to the hotel.

I recommend this restaurant to you. We liked both the outdoor and indoor spaces, as well as the friendly and good service from the staff. The food was enjoyable, although my husband wasn't very happy with the type of steak he ordered, but its taste was good. The fish and chips we ordered for our two-year-old son tasted very good. The only drawback was that we had to wait a long time for the table to be cleaned before we could order dessert.

Hotel decorated really nice. Very clean and tidy. Food and drink, fine, but overprice but it’s a hotel so you accept that. No complaints. But for the price of a room for £200 odd room was basic and small. …

This hotel is in a fabulous location and we had a room facing the loch. It was a little small but it had everything we needed and a great shower. …

1st wedding anniversary dinner and could not be more disappointed.I wasn't expecting anything free, but a nice table would have been nice. Stuck in between 2 tables with screaming kids and facing a wall. My chicken and haggis was so dry, I couldn't eat it. They did take this off the bill, but I did leave after eating only half the meal. Way over priced for what we both had.Live close by and would not recommend. Why ask if for a special occasion and not even mention it or even give a nice table. Customer service was terrible.

Quite an underwhelming experience if I’m honest. Room was adequate despite paying for a signature suite. View was on the corner of the Loch not direct which felt a bit cheated. …

This review is only for the restaurant as we stayed at a hotel next door and walked over here for dinner. It's right on Loch Lomond with a beautiful view and we were seated right by the huge window facing the water. The meal was amazing (salmon & haddock in a dish with melted cheddar & potatoes) and the service was first class. Note: must have a reservation.

Enjoyed a couple of days at Duck Bay, had forgotten how beautiful it was.Staff were all very attentive and genuinely interested that all customers & residents received the highest levels of service at all times. Our suite was absolutely spotless, big shout out to the Housekeeping team. Meals were all prepared freshly and were delivered piping hot on our plates. Fantastic catering staff & Chef(s). We will definetely be back, sooner rather than later.

First time visiting here from London. 4 of us had dinner here for my cousins birthday. I cannot fault this place. Great menu choices. Setting was perfect overlooking the Loch. We had the seafood platter and the description on the menu does not do it justice as there was much more included than what it stated. Speak to waiter and he will let you know wots included. I cannot wait to visit here again when I next visit Scotland
