Staying at this hotel in October, I checked in around 6pm to be told the room heater is on a timer and does not come on till 2030. It only stayed on till 1am so was freezing in the room. The bathroom light was on. I complained and was told there was nothing they could do. Room was dirty, hadn't been cleaned and smelt of mould. I had to have a shower with the door into the room open and rely on the little bit of light coming from the bedroom. The conditions were below a basic human expectation of light or warmth. I would not let a dog stay at this hotel.

Was in Room 3, Bed was fine.Room was a fine size. The Room had its own toilet and shower. I saw other rooms do not have that same luxury though.Having read reviews beforehand I called ahead of time to get the door entry code at the front. As there was no chance I would be able to arrive between check in of 13:00 and 17:00 during my stay. Staff on call was happy to helpTV was tiny, no plugs next to bed.Parking space was terrible, There was a van parked when we arrived, So it was a squeeze to get in. Which was pathetic that the parking could barely fit 2 cars, and a van. While scuffing the paint of my car against the front bush. So it barely fits 3 cars, yet 10 rooms.Basement room, no view, but wasn't there for that, just needed a bed for one night after several hours of driving, and it did the job fine.

Avoid!!!!! Just avoid. Bedbugs infested. Booked originally for 5 days, ran away after the second night as I woke up covered in bites and saw 2 bedbugs on my bed. When there are 2 bedbugs and 70 bites it means many many more bedbugs are there. No one answered my numerous calls!!! Even booking.com couldn’t reach anyone. Worst experience of my life I saw in Expedia other people mentioned bedbugs from 2023! 100% neglect of the owners.

I had an awful experience with this hotel. We arrived at 10:30 pm, only to realise we hadn’t received any check-in instructions, despite several attempts to confirm details prior to our arrival. We were left stranded with no accommodation, exhausted and stressed, late at night. What made matters worse was that the hotel advertises an “after-hours express check-in” service on their website, which is clearly not reliable. It’s misleading and should not be advertised if they cannot provide the necessary details to use it.To top it all off, I emailed them multiple times seeking assistance and requesting a refund, and I never received any response. This lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against booking here if you want a stress-free experience.

Not recommended! Solid foundation for its mere 2.6-star. Rooms said to have windows, which is true except the whole room located in basement, looking through the narrow window only thing seen is vehicle plates and wheels. …

What an utter toilet of a place, no staff to welcome you, just a phone number to ring for a code to enter. This was booked as bed and breakfast, but since no staff were there breakfast wasn’t happening. …

Absolutely horrible. The place was dirty. The bathroom lights didn't work very well. There was no switch for the overhead lights. The shower was covered in black mold. No breakfast, no reception. The wifi was crap. Horrible horrible place. Absolutely disgusting.

Despite the many negative reviews this place was ideal , it was clean , comfortable , the shower was amazing and the staff friendly and attentive our needs , yes this place could use a little facelift but for a place to stay there was nothing wrong with it ,

This was the worst experience 😞. Lights didn't work in the bedroom. The hot water regulator was stuck in the shower and my husband had to fix it. The view from the bedroom was the garbage and recycling bins and they were full. Felt as if I was sleeping outside because I could hear ALL the traffic. Never again 😩
