Stayed overnight with my family when celebrating my son's birthday, the location was perfect for us. The rooms were fab very well equipped, beds very comfy we had no problems with noise which was great especially after being told there were some roadworks around the hotel. My son was chuffed with his birthday card from the hotel and some complimentary biscuits and irn-bru. My husband used the new gym and was also impressed. Breakfast was again very good with a buffet breakfast. We would definitely recommend and return again.

We had an overnight stay at this hotel as part of my Grand daughters birthday celebrations. I booked three rooms as there was eight of us, two double rooms and one executive room sleeping 4. …

Excellent accommodations! Remember if traveling in the summer months; it is typically cool here and no AC. However, our windows opened and a lovely oscillating fan kept us very comfortable. The food and service at CHOP are noteworthy. Thank you to the staff. Our bed was exceptionally comfy. Would definitely stay again.

This not a bad hotel but in my view it just isn’t up to the standard it purports to be. The address on the website is not the address for the entrance! …

So this is a hard one, the rooms are great, a little small. The showers are badly designed. You will end up using more towels than anything to try to prevent the flooding. Would be more suited if they had a sliding door. All the staff I encountered had excellent customer service. Just a couple in the restaurant/bar that will slap a service charge on your bill, so keep an eye out. I normally leave a tip myself and don't agree to sneaking extra service charges on a bill only to be discovered at the end of your stay. The food is great but overpriced along with the charges for drinks. Breakfast was terrible.. 3 hot trays to cater for the whole hotel at breakfast time, with over and undercooked low quality produce being served. Glasses were covered in fingerprints and cloudy. Recomend the hotel but do not recommend relying on the hotel for food, especially breakfast. Night food quality is good but the same can be found outside the hotel for half the price. Once again, bar from the couple of staff that slipped optional service charges without asking the hotel staff and bar staff very polite, including the cleaners.

The executive suite was lovely. The staff member that checked us in was above and beyond. He should be bottled to train other staff members. They were some issues with some missing belongings but Christopher Armstrong has resolved the matter to my satisfaction. The amenities were good and bed very comfortable.

Great hotel, very modern and excellent facilities. Service at check in was 100% on point, couldn’t fault it. My only gripe is the onsite carpark - it’s very tight and not set up well, we ended up reversing the whole way out and parking in the carpark across the road. £12 after the hotel validated the ticket so actually pretty good

Great location. Modern, new, clean and tidy. Amenities were simple but it's all you need. Loved the bathroom decor. Free pool table to play on. We would stay again. Great price for location. The room however, was very warm and didn't seem to cool down even after having the windows open the entire stay. No aircon, only heating. Bar was a bit over priced. Recommended walking down the road about 10 minutes to find more bars and restaurants.

Reasonable hotel, although marred by an extremely small carpark which only has a very limited number of spaces in a very tight area. The overflow carpark is quite a distance away, and difficult to take luggage from on foot. The bed was comfortable, and there was a kitchenette in the suite which was impressive. However, no coffee machine, which I would have expected in something calling itself an "executive suite". The location is right in Glasgow City centre, so that's good, but personally I feel you are paying a heavy premium for that alone, and the room and hotel themselves didn't justify the high price we paid.
