We stayed 3 nights and it was wonder. The location was very convenient for all the sights we were seeing. My 5 year old daughter loves the play play space and even made some friends her age. The pod was nice and well stocked. We would definitely come back.

We spent a couple of days at this very nice B&B. We had the upstairs room, which was very nicely laid out and practical and had ample space and all the needed amenities incl. a small fridge which was very helpful. The hosts were lovely, very kind to ourselves and our dog and good with tips and directions.

Fantastic little cabins in a beautiful location. We were on a roadtrip visiting from Australia. Hosts were very friendly and we had a nice wee chat upon arrival. We had the whole site to ourselves (midweek - not in a school holiday period) so very peaceful. Everything you need is here. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Fantastic location. Great little welcome kit with all the essentials and loved the YouTube into video you get prior to arrival. Pod was clean with plenty of space and nice cooking facilities. Just five minutes to Laggan Wolftrax for some great mountain biking.

We have just returned from a fantastic two weeks staying on one of the 5 Fully Serviced Pitches at the CL. On arrival at our assigned pitch (3), Joan was soon with us with a very warm Scottish welcome to ensure we were happy and to show us where all the essentials on site were and to mention the local amenities.Stevie and Joan were often seen around the site doing maintenance/upkeep and were always happy to stop and have a friendly chat. The serviced pitches are very spacious so plenty of room for your van, awning and car with space still around the van. Reliable Free WiFi which you’ll need to use for streaming TV (we don’t watch TV so didn’t try) but good for wifi calling. Very well kept grass strips separate the pitches. Good recycling facilities. An electricity meter reading is taken before you arrive and then again when you leave and billed at the end of your stay at 33p per unit - ours worked out at around £5 a day which considering our heating was on quite a lot I didn’t think was bad given all the other items we powered.Wonderful views of the surrounding area with deer making regular visits to the area at the top of the site and also naughtily to the garden next door by the dog field. Lots of birds to watch on site (swallow, pied wagtail, chaffinch, wood pigeon, crow, rook, robin, sparrow, dunnock) with the occasional sighting of buzzard and golden eagle overhead. The secure dog field was great for the dogs to have a charge around in and investigate the smells - there is water running along the road edge so if, like us, you have one that cannot stay out of water, you have been warned :-) (there is no gate separating the field from the CL/rest of site, so your dog will need good recall as mentioned in the website).A nice grassed area in front of the pitches has a couple of picnic tables which gives you a nice place to sit and admire the scenery. It is a very peaceful site with the only sounds to be heard at night being the odd owl hooting. We had the onsite pizza delivered to our pitch on our last night here, bbq meat feast pizza, cheesy garlic bread and chilli fries - wow! Absolutely delicious! There are plenty of walks in the nearby area; one from almost opposite the site, or walk to the end of the road and turn left and directly left into the Cluny Castle estate and then over the little bridge and follow this up and round onto the Glen Banchor Estate; from here you can walk for miles towards Newtonmore and see nobody. We saw Red Deer, Golden Eagles and the White Tailed Eagle on this walk.Further away (within 10 miles) are some more amazing walks at Laggan Wolftrax (MTB and walking trails with cafe), Creag Meagaidh (Short, easy and long, hard trails), the Ardverikie Estate (location for Monarch of the Glen) also has some great well-paved walks alongside Loch Laggan or up into the hills - again Red Deer and Golden Eagles seen.On all those walks we rarely saw anybody else, but imagine it is busier at other times of the year. We saw Red Squirrels in Newtonmore when we popped there for supplies. We had a day trip to the Isle of Skye which was approx 3 hours away (it was forecast to rain in Balgowan but be sunny there, and it was). Loch Ness was within reach for a day out too. Aviemore was nearby, but a bit too busy for our liking in the town but plenty of shops if you’ve forgotten anything (especially outdoor clothing).Out of all of our many trips to Scotland, this has been the best so far and we will definitely be returning. Would highly recommend a stay with Joan and Stevie at Laggan CL.

Stayed here on a Badgers Divide cycling trip. The owners could not have been more helpful. We were cold and wet and we were welcomed in with hot pizzas and use of their boiler room to dry our wet stuff. The room was spotless and the Tassimo coffee machine very welcome. The Bircher muesli in the morning was lovely
