Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay over the October schools break. Nick and Airin have done a fabulous job of appointing the facilities here! Not to be missed are the table tennis in the barn, the football pitch and what seem like endless walks around the estate grounds. The deer farm is a fascinating part of estate life. Our 9yo daughter loved the swings and indeed the whole experience! Thank you to the Wigwam family

Another fantastic stay at Montrave. Great location, peaceful & relaxing. Airin & Nick are so welcoming & friendly. We stayed in Timor for the 2nd time and love the privacy and not forgetting the woodfired bathtub which is fabulous & the very tasty pizzas are a must. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Beautiful site, well spaced out pods. Lovely location with deer in next field. Out of the way but only 20-30 min drive to St Andrews, beautiful coastal villages. Welcoming hosts, little reception with info, pizza to order some nights. Would definitely return. Daughter loved the table tennis in the barn and the little park.

Really enjoyed my two night stay in the cabin. Clean, warm, comfortable, kitted with everything I needed. Fire was lovely one evening. Cabins well spaced so you don't feel crowded. Good size bathroom. Brought my own bedding.

We took our 2 small dogs here for a wee break away. The pods are lovely, modern yet rustic at the same time. Toilet, shower, kettle, microwave and toaster all within the pods. Take your own food/drink and mugs/pots etc. Check your junk mail for emails, book the pizza night on Fri/Sat - pizzas are SO GOOD! Our dogs settled quickly and made themselves comfortable in the pod straight away. We drove to different places and took them on lovely walks, then back to the pod to relax. Host was very helpful and friendly - we will return! 🥰
