We were lucky to stay at Bowhill House last weekend. House is absolutely amazing with everything you need for your stay. All rooms are outstanding, fully equipped en suite bathrooms and the most comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. Make sure you take the opportunity to jump into the fantastic hot tub. The owners at Hawkswood have created a luxury escape in quiet tranquil surroundings which we all thoroughly enjoyed! Looking forward to our next visit

Absolutely stunning accommodation! Fantastic & friendly hosts who went that extra mile for my daughters wedding. Could not fault anything over our 4 day stay here, so thank you to a wonderful family for looking after us. We did not want to leave and will miss your fabulous estate.

The lodge was perfect for a country retreat. Loved the 9 hole ‘championship’ putting green (with bunker) and the hot tub was top of the range and luxurious. Did our 4 in the Bed ‘reccie’ and rooms spotless. The owners very friendly and bent over backwards to ensure your stay was excellent. Very good taxi service to St Andrews ( arranged by owner) and short journey to the University and home of golf St Andrews. Would highly recommend for personal or corporate use.

Set out in the county in a peaceful setting, it would be hard to find fault with such a great place to stay.Well looked after by the family team.They catered evening meals for us, as a group, not sure what they would do for individuals or couples.Breakfast was supplied every day, eat in or a packed meal for those with early starts.No bar or restaurant on site and designed around self catering (a first class kitchen in our accommodation)Nearest shop are about 20 minutes away.Taxi to St Andrews +/-£20

I Really enjoyed the break. It was very up market and the cleanliness was superb. There was plenty of wild life in the area as well. We had our own golf course and putting green. A huge hot tub was there for our convenience if we wanted to use it temperature was at 40 degrees wow. Overall amazing and I would return at some point. I wish the owners good luck for the future. 5 stars are not enough for this place! The welcome from the owners was second to none, we stayed for B&B and could not have been made more welcome. The rooms and dining room are beautifully appointed with attention to detail being at the forefront. Everything was perfect from check in to check out with an amazing breakfast. Could not recommend this place more. Great family run business.

This House is Amazingly Equipped and the owner is super professional and super friendly .I Served 7 Private Clients the 16-02-2019 with my Private Chef Service.My clients have already hired me for another occasion and thought that was good get me here as well . When I arrived to the door , the owner asked me why I was there and to me this is very professional as he was checking the security of his clients .Getting through the house is something stunning , All equipment are MIELE , from the kitchen to the washing machine , the spaces are soo ample and well planned that is an incredible project . There is any sort of comfortable space to enjoy your stay . All my best words could not describe enough how this house is greatly planned . You must to go and see yourself . 6-stars are much more true than 5 :)

As a group we hired the main lodge/house and rooms in the B&B, all the accommodation was well presented and clean. There was plenty of space and facilities for our large group and our needs were well catered for. Would happily go back.

Beautiful B&B close to St. Andrews. My husband and I stayed at the Bowhill for 4 nights. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. I will be back for another stay!

We were there to celebrate a graduation from St Andrews and Hawkswood House was delightful. It's so well thought out, so well done,it was the perfect venue for all ages ...we made lots of use of the putting area. Five star in all respects
