What an absolute gem of a place this is! From the moment we arrived for an overnight stop on our road trip, to the moment we left, we were greeted with friendly smiles and great customer service. The room we stayed in was a standard room but nothing standard about it. Bathrobes and fluffy towels gave the tastefully decorated room a luxury feel. The bedroom and shower room were spotlessly clean, a credit to the busy housekeeping staff. The leisure facilities were a bonus, and the bistro wonderful. Good food, ambience and fair pricing. Breakfast was included in our room price and the hot food menu was worthy of any upmarket city bistro! The bistro staff were also very attentive and friendly. In short, go see for yourself, well, well worth a visit!

This was our 3rd visit to Kilconquhar and may be the last. |Whilst we love the Estate and the space, the lodges do require a lot of modernisation to bring them up to a higher standard.|Check in / check out is always a pleasure. …

Despite some poor reviews on trip advisor the accommodation was very good. Large sitting room. Well equipped Large grounds . well spaced out cabins with good privacy. Ideal for a family holiday with children .Swimming pool, tennis, badminton, pool table and activities arranged at high season, most free. Pub / restaurant on site. would recommend . Lovely area with lots to see and do around the coast of Fife

Fantastic family holidays. The team are so helpful and friendly. We have been coming here since 2020 and have a couple of timeshares. The only real complaint we have is that the beds are very hard and the sofa beds are uncomfortable. The pool is great and having access to all the facilities like the tennis court, badminton, basketball, putting, table tennis, etc means the kids never get bored. The team running kids club activities are lovely. We always love our holidays here.

We had a comfortable two bedroom unit ,1 en-suite , 1 twin bed. Separate lounge, kitchen/dining room fully equipped. It had a view overlooking a paddock from the distance and came with spacious carpark. This is our second visit and fully took advantage of its location . St.Andrews is about a 30 min. You have the Fife East Coast walk and spent a day in Edinburgh. The bunker experience is worth the visit as with the other coastal villages. Lots of walks and little towns to explore. There is more to see but that is for some other time.

Stayed here for two night, and my goodness never again. The reception staff were lovely and very attentive to our needs but the room wasn’t how we expected it to be at all. It was disgusting! …

Stayed in Room 20, which was a generous size, and easily fitted my husband, son and I. ||We ate in the Bistro each morning, and twice for our evening meal. Cannot fault the food or service in any way. …

The villa we had outside the actual castle was in bad shape. Outdated and run down. The whole villa had an extremely musky smell. The bathroom floors were uneven and swishy, while the shower in the master was barely above a trickle and the curtain barely covers half the tub. The lamps were not operational, and the waste closet had an awful stench. Maybe the other villas are nicer…The grounds were quite charming and the staff was extremely nice and attentive.

The place is beautifull and staff is caring, everyone was really nice to us. Breakfast is amaizing with different options. The hotel is 10 min driving from the beach and ellie main street. Is very quiet and pet friendly which is great. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The room had coffee and tea which is always nice.Only point is the cleaning done to the room was poor. After the cleaning was done I found they didn't change the spoons on the coffee set, just re arrange the dirty ones on the table and the floor was still full of sand.
