I have previously stayed at The Copthorne Salford Quays and have enjoyed my stay both times. The room/bathroom was very clean. I loved the fact that there was a fridge in the room. The bed was very comfortable and when it came to going to sleep it was very quiet. So no problem getting to sleep. Last time I stayed you were given a card to put on your door so that you could order this to be delivered to your room. This time no card so I decided to visit the restaurant for breakfast. Plenty of choices, however, there was no vegetarian sausage at all. I must admit that it was disappointing, however it didn’t spoil the overall meal. I would definitely come back again.

This hotel is on the edge of Salfard Quays.|It's great for getting the tram into the city as there is a station across the road. Free car parking at the hotel is a bonus.  …

Convenient location and great view from window. Room was large, bed comfortable and clean. Furniture way past its best, bathroom old-fashioned and tired and carpet badly marked. If this hotel had been marketed as a budget one, we wouldn't have been disappointment due to its high star rating.

First time staying at this hotel and very disappointed. When we arrived, they didn’t have our booking on their system, staff were rude and questioned if we had even payed for the booking, and said it was our fault they didn’t have it as we booked ‘too late’. ( we booked a week prior to our stay)The room I originally booked, was a standard double bed room. We got 2 single beds in a very out dated room. The room was clean, as was the bathroom, but there were multiple stains and marks over the carpet, wall and windows, and dust gathered around the edges of the room.Overall, disappointed with our stay, but can’t fault the cleanliness of bathroom & beds.

Very comfortable stay in a great location. Grabbed a burger one evening and surprised by how good it was.Rooms are a bit dated and could do with some TLC however overall, for the reasonable price, free car parking and great location, a great stay.

We were looking for a good value hotel close to the Manchester Half Marathon route. The hotel was ideal. It was clean and the staff were very welcoming.|Location was good. Close to tram station and we enjoyed the amenities at Media City. The Lowry Museum was well worth a visit.
