We stayed with M33 Short Stay rentals at the property near to Ashton Village for nearly 3 months only moving out a couple of weeks ago and we loved it! The location is fabulous but more than that, the house is well furnished (very comfy beds), our 4 year old loved his room (especially the number rug!) and the service from Amy, the host was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble.We were made to feel like it was our home and we had a lovely time there while our house was having renovation work.We cannot recommend M33 Short Stay enough! The townhouse was very comfortable light filled modern and convenient for Sale. Nice neighborhood walks to both Ashton on Mercy and Sale. The host was very responsive kind and helpful. The listing was accurate. A great place to stay while visiting relatives. Full kitchen made it easy to cook.

Visited for a family wedding in July and was afforded a fantastic family holiday at a well kept, pristine and peaceful stay near enough to walk where needed and close enough to the calm of the forest and canal for nature morning walks with excellent coffee! Amy epitomises an ideal rapid response host who is super attentive, ensures everything runs smoothly and stays in order - many thanks for the offering at no. 16 we will be back!

Great space, Great Location, Great host.We have returned to The Townhouse several times since our first stay 2 years ago. This trip from abroad was timed for the wedding of our daughter. Taking advantage of the two bedrooms, we shared some of the stay with family of our new son-in-law. Amy was tremendously helpful in getting them settled into the property and the area as they flew in from a different country over a week before we arrived into Sale.As always the place was spotless and fully functional. All the amenities we could want, and they all worked perfectly. Extra linens were supplied to accommodate the second couple and the total 5-week duration of the rental.PREVIOUS review 2021 - still true:This was an excellent place to stay when visiting family in the locality for 16 days. It gave us lots of space and all the facilities we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen pots, crockery, utensils, etc were more than sufficient. A nice benefit was the clothes washer dryer which meant we did not need to bring as many things with us. The management was efficient and attentive, from our first contact about the possibility of renting, and right through our stay.

My husband and I stayed at The Townhouse for 1.5 months and had the most comfortable stay you could ask for. It is very spacious, extremely clean and comes with everything you need. Very convenient location too, with lots of big supermarkets and lovely cafes within walking distance.We enjoyed talking to Amy, the owner, a lot too as she'd help with everything starting from questions regarding the Townhouse to things like where to buy the best sourdough in town.We will definitely be back!

A truly beautiful place to stay. Brilliant location (next to a very handy little village and only a short walk from the much larger town of Sale). It has fantastic facilities and plenty of room for 3 people. The host Amy was absolutely brilliant, and met us at the property on the first day to give us a full run down of the place. Would highly recommend!

I have spent some quality time with my son in the Townhouse during his school half term break. The Townhouse is nicely designed, homely and located within walking distance to the Sale Town Center.Amy met us for the check in and check out. She's a friendly, helpful and responsive lady.Would love to stay here again for upcoming holidays. Highly recommend if you're looking for a short stay in Sale.
