Room was clean. Very little storage so only really useful for short stays.Bathroom layout odd and split into 3 different sections. Toilet exceptionally small.Staff all very friendly and helpful when any questions asked.Location is good - close to both Exchange & Salford Quay tram stops.

Very budget. You get what you pay for. Very clean. The beds were comfortable , if you are claustrophobic you won’t like the rooms as they are very compact. …

Stayed to watch the football. So only wanted a hotel for the night. The staff were friendly and informative at the desk. The room was as expected. Standard room and clean enough. If your looking for a high star hotel it's not the one for you. If you just want a place to sleep it's perfect.

The exterior might look a bit shabby, but once inside this place is exceptionally bright and clean in all the communal areas, lifts etc. …

Location was good as there was a tram stop across the road from the hotel so getting into town was easy and fairly quick. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a double, comfortable bed. However, the shower cubicle was small (literally a cubicle) and accessed directly from the main room, the toilet was separate but also somewhat small and the washbasin was located in the main room. This may be a 'budget' hotel and it was Bank Holiday weekend but the price was somewhat high for the way the bathroom facilities were presented. So, although it was a double room, it was only really suitable for one person.

Best budget hotel I’ve ever been too! Cheap and so close to the tram! Perfect location for an affordable city get away. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are adequate, clean, just very basic. Surprisingly good views !

As a budget hotel, it's exactly what it is. The rooms are basic and that's it, if you want a bit of luxury this isn't. The shower cubicle is in the corner of the room with the hand basin next to it, the toilet is next to the hand basin with a door on it for your privacy and with no hand basin within the toilet room so you have to go into the bedroom to wash your hands, not very hygienic at all. On a positive note the bed is comfortable and the blackout blind is very good at keeping the room dark. I was looking forward to a full English breakfast in the morning but to my disappointment it was only the continental breakfast so I was very disappointed. The location was great with only a 15- 20 minutes walk to old Trafford football ground.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The view was perfect, too, from my room at Level 7. Good food options nearby. Located at Exchange Quay tram Station. Hotel is also a slow 20min walk to Old Trafford. It's really a budget hotel, so do pack every. Towel is provided in the room. Do pack your own amenities. Not much spaces to hang your clothes too, just 1 small section in the corner of your room.

For £30 this hotel would be ok but on a busy Saturday we paid £130 for the night and it was really bad value. Had to pay a £35 deposit to use a kettle and hairdryer and when we checked out we were told it would be refunded automatically. Over a week later there was no refund so I had to email (the phone doesn't go through) and they said I was told the wrong information so had to give my card details to them to get a refund.Rooms are very basic, fairly uncomfortable mattress. There's a Travelodge and 2 Premier Inns nearby which would be a much better place to spend your money.

Booked for 2 nights in a double room and got a room with bunk beds. Toilet was so small had to leave the door open. Staff made you feel like you're an inconvenience. Beds were uncomfortable. I know it's a budget hotel but I've been in far nicer budget hotels. Definitely won't be back
