Great location being only 5 minutes walk from the train station with the town only a short walk from there via the subway. Nice clean rooms, well equipped kitchen though you will have to bring your own food and drink. Key card entry and helpful and friendly staff on call.

Had a bad stay here. The thermostat was burning us at 27°C and only kept increasing no matter how low we set it at. The staff didn't know how to reset it either and said they'll send someone in the morning which they didn't. The room wasn't properly cleaned, we could still see the hair and trash left behind by the previous owners. The bathroom drain was clogged and the water pooled around our feet when we took a shower. Only good thing was the view out of the window and proximity to the bus stand.

Avoid!! I've stayed in tens of hostels around the world, some really horrible, but I've never slept on such an uncomfortable bed. It's genuinly like they've picked it up on the side of the road. I wouldn't let a dog sleep on this monstrosity. I'm writing this review after a very painful night, trust me and go somewhere else, sleeping in the car would have been better.

My grandad was taken into hospital critically sick, I had to cancel my room 1 after the free cancellation expired, and they would not honour a full refund or a change of dates. I lost all my money and they showed no compassion.

Don't get me wrong. It was a good stay but it was like a sauna. Would turn the heating down. Shower had no control for turning heat down. No bin in room either

Possibly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever attempted to sleep in. Awful. Would have been better off sleeping in the car. En suite claustrophic and stuffy. No bins to put any waste in, in either bathroom or bedroom area. …

Ok start with the positives - it is close to the town and train/ bus station|The staff are incredibly nice, they are doing a tough job - everyone complained, not their fault! …

It's possible to leave luggage there on the day of the arrival before check in by arrangement. All the facilities are almost brand new, clean, and tidy. There's a fully equipped kitchen with a lounge, however, there was no dish soap or cloth. Great location, the supermarket (lidl) is visible from the window. Free condoms available hahah.

Positives: good location and friendly staff.Negatives: worst night sleep i've had in 2 weeks (including hostels). Uncomfortable bed, you can feel every individual spring and too small for a couple (or anyone over 1.80 meters). Pillows very thin and noisy parking lot right beside the room. More importantly the room was way too hot (almost 27 °C with it being merely 14°C outside). For price of €124 a night, definitely do not recommend.

I booked at last minute 2 double rooms for 1 night at a cost of £109.00 per room. When we arrived we were met by a very pleasant young man who showed us the premises. The room was small and clean. End of good points. …
