Fantastic hotel great staff and great location for going into town or wanting too explore Aviemore big up too staff member Rachel for great customer service. We arrived a little bit early and she helped us get in our room little bit earlier instead of sitting around ! At no extra charge! Fantastic customer service!

Great location and value. Room was comfortable and shower very good: perfect after a day walking nearby. Nice modern design and no real noise so got a good sleep. Didn’t have breakfast as a few places nearby we wanted to try. Staff friendly and not overbearing like some hotels!

A bit outside Aviemore and that is a problem for evening food. Breakfast good, evening meals restricted and not vert good. Garage with M&S food in 10 min walk. Good Italian across the way with a limited menu. I was here to walk for 5 days so evening food was important to me, perhaps not for an overnight stop.

Great location, lovely and clean and rooms very quiet. Room was spacious and shower was hot and powerful. Great nights sleep. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Lots of parking. The only let down was the staff, most of them made you feel you where in the way, or looked completely fed up, one Male staff member was very rude. We would stay again but maybe the staff need more training.

Hotel is in a great location at the end of Aviemore. Easy to walk into town or head the other way and explore Rothiemurchus. Rooms are clean and a decent size. Bar and restaurant is very basic but good.

When the booking was made they took booking with a meal deal , on arrival I was informed the restaurant was closed by a smirking receptionist, I had to go to a local takeaway, then up to the room , no towels left in the room I had to head back to reception to get some to have a shower ,The shower was hot and powerful,The tv only has the old terrestrial channels and a couple of channels like e4 and 5star , the wifi is the worst I've had in any premier inn.Not the best night I've hadThe room is clean and comfortable so that's a bonus

Resturant closed during our stay.We specifically asked for new towels and shower gel from the manger as well as the housekeeping staff but had to wait in the evening to ask again. The staff in the evening were nice but there are serious staffing problems.Breakfast was basic too expensive for what we were given.The guy behind the kitchen counter should use not be using his hands to throw the potatoes into the tray. A minimum of hygiene is required.We dis not sleep well as you can hear people in the other rooms.I would not go there again.

Around a nice hotel, we got located at the back so you do get the noise from the trains quite late on which is my reason for 4 stars.The room is air conditioning and no opening window. The breakfast was of good standard.
