This was a surprisingly delightful place to stay. The room we had was fabulous, it was huge and warm with a very comfy 4 poster bed. It was very clean and comfortable. …

This hotel is so well managed, clean, friendly and in a great quiet place. Only think to pay attention to is, if you are assigned the "St. Andrews" room notice the photos they post and keep in mind it is in a slightly awkward angle to the staircase so you are exiting onto the stairs not a floor. It was fine for me since that is what was in the room description. I guess it might have been servants quarters in the past but maybe the hotel will inform the history. It is a great place to stay and they really work hard at providing at least 4 star service. If you need a place to stay before flying out from Inverness airport and have a car, this is the place to stay.

We stayed one night in the Firthside room that overlooks the beautiful garden and the sea. There is a short pathway leading from the garden down to the beach promenade. …

This was probably one of our favorite accommodations in Scotland. Not only was it the most affordable for our family of four it was the most spacious. We stayed in the family suite that had a kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities, and ample bedrooms for all of us. It was clean and well stocked. The only draw back is that it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator, however the staff kindly offered to carry up our luggage. It was certainly not a deal breaker. The stay included breakfast which was a buffet with plenty to choose from. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beach was down a short path behind the inn. Overall a great value for our money, I only wish we got to stay longer! I highly recommend the Invernairne.

This was our third visit to Invernairne having last stayed back in 2014 and 2017. The hotel refurbishment is now complete and is beautifully done. …

I’ve been here twice now and both stays have been fantastic. Carole on Front of House has always been so attentive and personable and it makes the experience so much better. There’s a really relaxed feel about the hotel and the location is fantastic. Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking to golf, hike or spend time in the Scottish highlands.

Super relaxing estate with much history. Amazing sea views with beach access (rare red sandstone) that lead to a wonderful walking path. The host and chef were great locals with a lot of information and provide a family feel. The rooms and accommodations are very nice. The town is accommodating yet quiet so I highly recommend using this as a home base if you're considering staying near Inverness or exploring areas around.

Very nice hotel with a good view of the water. Friendly staff and the owner was helpful to talk to for recommendations for the area. There’s a full bar room and the best self service bar I’ve seen. A trail leads down to the water and there’s a chipping/putting green on the side of the building with golf clubs there to use and other things to use outside and board games in the bar room.
