A year ago in a review we said that this hotel was “hospitality at its best”. Of course we had to return and for two nights this time. We still stand by that statement. A friendly welcome with lovely afternoon tea on arrival (and on return from a subsequent day out), a delicious dinner and a jolly good breakfast – including a sausage for the dog. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The views from the conservatory are amazing with a lovely wander through the beautiful gardens and down to the shore. Rooms very clean and comfy. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel very highly. We will definitely return in 2025.

We had a twin room for one night as part of a brief tour of northern Scotland. The room was fine with a wonderful view from it as well as the general seating areas. The welcome scones were good and trhe dinner and breakfast were very good. The evening meal was the best meal we had in the two week period. Highly recommended.

The Eddrachilles Hotel is a perfect place to stay when visiting the Scottish Highlands. The location is superb and incredibly picturesque. We received a very warm welcome and were treated to afternoon tea and scones on our arrival. The food at both dinner and breakfast was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the stay incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We will certainly return when next in Sutherland.

A complementary afternoon cream tea, Tea and coffee available all day plus a tuck box to take with you if required. This was one our best finds on our grand tour of the Scottish Highlands.

Whilst we were not residents at the hotel (we stayed at Eddrachilles House next door) we were lucky enough to enjoy several superb evening meals and breakfasts. …

We want this review to be considered as constructive feedback for the Owners. |We arrived one hour early before the 3pm check-in, this was reflected in the Owners unenthusiastic and rather unwelcoming greeting. …

One of the best Hotel had in all Scotland, after our 4th tour there around..Amazing position, the structure of the Hotel is charming and perfectly kept, rooms stylish with everything you need. Food: dinner rated 10; breakfast too, an impressive choice of cooked dishes. For what they offer the price is even lower what you can expect.Thank you!
