Just ate at this hotel restaurant- Marcelo is an excellent waiter. He made us feel welcome, he offered excellent gin recommendations, really knew the menu, and even made us special coffees at the end, just as a treat for us. A true service professional. Front desk was friendly & accommodating as well. The views from the hotel are spectacular. If I’m being honest, the rooms are a bit beat up & tired inside, in need of refurbishing. Hospitality is excellent. 5 stars service, food, & views.

Beautiful views, amazing service. The welcoming by Marcelo S. was fantastic he noticed me struggling with a large bag and he immediately without hesitation offered to help me with a big smile. Next morning he was my server and noticed he was very kind and extremely attentive to all the guest. This location feels like home, rooms are quiet and very clean. Their breakfast is pretty good as well.

It's such a wonderful place! The location and beautiful surroundings are perfect for a family vacation. Our family room at the hotel had twin bunks for the kids, in a separate space, giving a little bit of privacy. The view was lovey. The restaurant was great! The kids enjoyed their meal from the kid's menu while my husband and I had two wonderful meals. The service was prompt and the meals were exactly as we ordered. We will definitely return.

The room was fine, the bathroom had a bunch of long dark hair in little piles left on the floor, a long with grass - so that was kinda gross. But not the end of the world, so I just cleaned it up with tissue.Marcelo however , at the restaurant was fantastic. Very kind, friendly, and attentive. Give that guy a raise! Had a great burger, after a long day of hiking and some kayaking.

A very good friendly hotel. Receptionist were extremely polite and helpful. We went with our dog and booked an executive room. We were given a 1st floor room when we mentioned there would be a dog as we were initially told we were booked into a ground floor room. We usually book through Pets Pajamas, so although it does say pet friendly, Blaze didn't get a sausage for breakfast in his own bowl every morning. A small thing I know. We both enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the evening meals, their food is very good. We particularly enjoyed the loch view, and its location is great.
