When we arrived at our room we found the bed had not been made. There were shower items left by the previous guests in the shower. …

Very poor room, furniture dreadful, the springs kept popping on the bed. No space, bathroom even worse, only good thing was the shower! Defo wouldn’t stay here unless you’re desperate! Breakfast was the worst we’ve had whilst in Scotland, not a good advert for what is normally excellent hospitality!

Stayed here a few years back, so quality might have changed. When I stayed here the rooms were excellent, but the breakfast was the highlight. Very very delicious and well done

the room and the hall is too smelly, too much toxic smell inside from the air freshener used, for people with allergies its unacceptable. Why you dont let it air with fresh scottish air instead? no bath mat in the bathroom.

I spent one night in room 5 downstairs and although the room was clean it was too cold and you can't even turn on the heater. Also the shower don't work properly. Expensive for what you get.

I booked for one night only, for after hiking with friends. I wasn't sure what to expect but all was fine. I had made the booking through booking.com. That seems to be the only way, or at least it did at the time. …

Lovely rooms and lovely hosts! We were staying here so we could hike up Ben Nevis. Unfortunately, there was a horrible accident that made us arrive here at 3am! Luckily, they were so nice and allowed us to check in. I was very impressed with the kind service. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. The toilets were clean too.Breakfast was at 8-9am and they cooked for us an English breakfast! Eggs, beans, bacon, mushrooms, tomato and a sausage. You can also eat cereal and toast. Before we left, they gave us postcards each! So lovely! This is a great place to stay in!Friendly, kind, polite service. Wonderful, clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Decent well presented B&B which was very clean (looked recently decorated too). Good sized room with 3 single beds and modern en suite with adequate facilities. …

One towel was dirty and the shower extremely temperamental so it took five minutes for it to not be scalding hot/freezing cold. Bedroom clean with complete amenities (nice to have the big TV on a comfy bed after an insanely long walk). Shared bathroom clean with no issues apart from the shower. We’re not going to have breakfast because we are leaving too early so can’t comment on that.
