The static caravans are generally amazing. I do agree with someone else on here that there could be more than one wheelchair-accessible one. The bedrooms are also a bit small for wheelchair-users and the sofa could be comfier. But this is a fave place for its location, coziness and access, and helpful staff. Vegan sausage butties and potato scones a must from the snack van. Also LOVE that there are no dogs allowed; great for people with allergies or have dog phobias or who just want a break from being around dogs *everywhere* (on that note, I was very disappointed to see you caved to pressure and are allowing dogs into the pub near food and people eating/drinking).

You cannot beat the lodge or it's location. We came up to stay in sept from Monday to Saturday and could have stayed for a month. Location is close to Fort William but step out the lodge and near silence, just sounds of wildlife. The views again right out the day, spectacular whatever the weather. We had a large lodge, 7 of us, never did we feel cramped. Every kitchen gadget was there, beds were so comfortable, bathrooms big and lovely. The whole lodge was spotless and no faults or issues, just the most relaxing and beautiful place. Only staff member I met was so helpful and chatty and that was when handing the keys back.I don't think disappointment could happen here, I look forward to a return visit.

I was using the scullery room with my mum to simply boil some water for some noodles and a security guard by the name of martin came in and told us to leave very rudely, saw i had spilled a small amount of water (which we were midway through cleaning) and rudely said we had made a bad mess and that there was no cooking allowed even though we had seen countless others doing so and no signage saying it wasnt allowed, i am shocked by the lack of proffesionalism and basic empathy that should have been shown over a simple misunderstanding on our part. It is also not the first time some of the staff have been rude to us, very very dissapointed. However after this incident the managers showed great concern about what happened and were quick to apologise and make things right and it was greatly appreciated and made it clear thay they do not tolerate this behaviour.

If I start with -The negatives; [1] the toilets although very clean and tidy are a little dated; [2] The evening meal choice is a little limited (especially if you stay longer than a couple of days - assuming you do't want to cook for yourself; [3] the pub / restaurant doesn't allow dogs inside. The positive (although too many to list); [1] location is second to none, with a short walk into Fort William and a slightly longer walk up to the summit of Ben Nevis; [2] the site is immaculately presented, with maintenance to grounds and facilities being actively progressed; [3] All staff were friendly and very helpful; [4] two large 'dog parks' (although one was used as access to the restaurant and the gates were often left open to the road - would bee nice if they were sprung loaded).

We weren’t staying at the holiday park, but did meet the highland cattle, guided by Mitch. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, meeting the highland bull Ted and cow Emma. Mitch was very friendly, knowledgeable about highland cattle, and clearly cared for them deeply.

Great place to get away from it all. Great location and fantastic views of Ben Nevis. The lodge we had was great and was ideally for the 8 of us. A lot of space and a big kitchen/sitting area. The 2 double bedrooms rooms and one of the twin room had en-suite. The other twin room had a family bathroom.

We couldn't have found a better place to stay.Stayed in the luxury cottage with fantastic views of Ben Nevis.Modern inside, tastefully decorated and made to feel like home. This is a large site with camping, caravans, various cottages and lodges but not at all roudy at the time we stayed in September.Walkers paradise with Ben Nevis on your doorstep as well as the west Highland way just behind with walks off the tracks.Would not hesitate to come back and would recommend to anybody wanting a peaceful break walking or just relaxing with great views.

The only thing we would say is perhaps there could be another 2/3 disabled chalets. Ours was really well designed. The twin room door needs a bit of attention. Stiff to move.Cooking from a wheelchair is easy, and washing up. Heartily recommend a stay.
