Lovely hotel with beautiful views. Friendly staff. Great food. The bed in room 107 was very hard, it could do with a mattress topper to make it a bit more comfortable. |Our drivers where Sandra and Lizzy. …

A one night stay in Fort William for £150 in Room 201 was not a bad experience, but neither did it blow me away. All in all, I wasn't blown away. …

We stayed here for 6 nights during a Lochs & Glens vacation. Great value for money. Our room was basic but clean and tidy. View was fantastic. Hotel has dark wood panelling throughout and dark blue carpets which gives that authentic Scottish feel. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was good. Not first class but more than adequate. The hotel has a lift as the bedrooms are on 2 floors. It has a bar area & dining room & offered nightly entertainment in the lounge area. We had a lovely staff. Thank you Ross & your team.

The hotel is beautiful, architecturally. The rooms are good and the beds are excellent. The staff are superb and the meals were really good. The entertainment was diverse, but fun and the drinks are very reasonably priced. I would stay here again when in Fort William.

Hotel hobby is grand and looks like a combination of a castle and historic lodge.great views. rooms are dated but well maintained and not moldy nor dusty as most of the rooms of this age and price range.rooms were large and family friendly with a double and twin bed in each of our rooms.staff was friendly/ inviting. overall great value.hotel is owned by and caters to mostly motor coach clientele. mostly older, highly social guests.my only complaint is poor bathroom/shower soap options. only an unlabeled pump of some harsh chemically body wash in shower and genetic unwrapped bar soap for hand washing ( which is a first) So plan to bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Excellent facilities. Staff all very friendly and kind. Nice rooms great views. We requested a walk in shower and got that. Food was good and they were aware of my allergy and told me of any options not good and offered alternatives. Bingo if that’s your thing in evenings and singers

I contacted Lochs and Glens before this review. I received a bog standard reply so this is my honest opinion. |We arrived around 6.30pm.|We were given room 66 in the annex. |The room smelt damp. …

The rooms are a bit dated but somewhat comfortable. The scenery and views are amazing. The meals were probably one star at best. The dinner was very bland and overcooked. Half the options were unavailable. Perhaps they were better. Nice hotel, nice views, grab a meal out in town.
