Our one night stay at The Old Rectory was wonderful. The bedroom and separate bathroom were beautiful, with lovely, old wooden beams. Penny and Andy were very accommodating, especially as we arrived quite late in the evening. …

Very friendly and easy going hosts. The room was large and as this is an old property with beams and all the attractions of an older building it has a lot of character. …

Found The Old Rectory purely by chance. And had the most wonderful experience of staying in this 15th century house, which retains some original Tudor features. …

Everything about our stay was excellent from the high quality mattress, pillows, linen and towels through to the breakfast in the morning. The Old Rectory was immaculately clean and Penny and Andy couldn’t do enough yet without being intrusive. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Old Rectory

One doesn't get many opportunities to stay in a building with so much character and history. One rarely gets to share the home of two such lovely people as our hosts, Penny and Andy. …
