Enjoyed our holiday here, lovely pool and facilities, great place to watch the sunset. Had only two issues with our oven not working but was sorted out within 24 hours after two phone calls and our shower head wouldn't stay up but no big issues. Plenty to do here especially if you have children. The arcades could do with some updating as a fair few would breakdown don't work fully and most of the machines were always out of tickets.

Unfortunately, our experience at Seal Bay Resort was far from pleasant. My family and I were excited about staying in a Platinum caravan for our first-ever caravan holiday. While the caravan was initially clean and comfortable, the trip quickly turned into a nightmare. At around 3:00 AM, I woke up to check on my 5-year-old twins and discovered small dots moving on my pillow and headboard. After some research, I was horrified to realize they were bed bugs! Having never dealt with bed bugs before, I was at a loss for what to do and spent the rest of the night checking on my children until I could contact reception at 9:00 AM.The staff sent someone over an hour later, confirmed the presence of bed bugs, and arranged for pest control. Unfortunately, there were no Platinum caravans available, and we were downgraded to a Gold caravan in a busy area – a far cry from the quiet area I had requested. The Gold caravan was smaller, less clean, and lacked essential amenities like a hair dryer, which I had expected to be provided based on the Platinum experience. Additionally the pots and pan were rusted, making me very uncomfortable to cook for my family. While the resort did offer a full refund, our holiday was completely ruined. Sadly, a month later, both my son and I are still suffering from bed bug bites that itch and have left scars on our hands and legs. It's a shame, as the entertainment and facilities were otherwise enjoyable. But given the bed bug incident and the downgrade, this was not the family vacation we had hoped for.

Great caravan holiday for all the family. We stayed 3 nights in late July, but felt a week would have been better. There is so much for children of all ages to do including pools with slides and various other activities. Very well positioned to pop over to Asda if like us you needed to do a food shop for your stay.Top tip: download the app and book well in advance the free activities for kids, I’m talking about as soon as you book, as they get booked up quick in summer.

Caravan was not cleaned great but very modern and comfortable. The site offers many great food options which were really affordable. There is a bus service which comes every half an hour however it often becomes very crowded and so full the bus was so low that the bottom scraped the road as it drove. All in all this place has a lot to do for a day in on site and means you do not need to leave the site every day. Would still recommend.

We love it here despite how big it is! We have our own touring van so haven't rated accommodation (ours is 5* obviously!!) most staff and service is fantastic but our experience this time was slightly marred by a receptionist in the touring park being extremely rude, totally unnecessarily. A bit of customer service, and common sense, training might be in order .. other than that you get what it says on the tin!

Lots of facilities and events however it is just too spread out for my liking. There is a bus service to take you around but waiting for a bus is not my idea of a holiday. You can drive between the various hubs but parking is minimal. The toilets and showers are clean and the camping site kept clean too.A good location but just too spread out to warrant 5 stars.

Wow what a fantastic house summer dream is spacious luxurious and right on the sea front. We stayed there for a week recently and none of us wanted to leave! Very clean well equipped place with two ovens, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, on suite bathrooms, and a hot tub . Would highly recommend this place and would love to return again. The site is very clean with a good arcade and eateries on the doorstep. The main double bedroom was superb with a on suite bathroom with a large balcony overlooking the sea, large car parking in fron of the house for a least 3 cars. So just excellent!!

This is a very large caravan park! We were fortunate, and our caravan was situated literally next door to the main complex. At first, I was a little apprehensive about the possibility of noise, but it wasn't an issue. Kids loved the swimming facilities and entertainment complex. The food was good but would run quite pricey if a family ate there every day of the week. Nice walks along the sea front and up around the nature park. We travelled out most days, and the park made a good base to do this. The only negative would be the blue tooth/fob locking on the door. It's great for checking in and locking up, but whilst in the caravan the door doesn't really stay shut. Although there was a security chain on the inside it still made me a little nervous of the kids opening the door. But a very minor issue.

EDITED- they agreed to a partial refund. We made use of the offer last week and stayed at Warner farm Thursday- Sunday. While Thursday night was pleasant as there were not many people, Friday night we had 3 hour disruption from the pitch behind 12-3am of people drunk from venues and kicking off. Saturday night disruption of a couple of hours again when people returned from venues. Involving a lot of screaming shouting swearing leaving the children there terrified. Both nights left everyone exhausted and meant we weren’t able to take full advantage of activities the next day and also had over tired children. When making a complaint and requesting partial refund. All they will offer is partial discount (of an amount not actually stated) for a future visit. We were in an RV and disrupted. Families in tents had it even worse, at least we had some insulation.Would not recommend staying here on busy nights when venues are serving alcohol to campers till late night. Especially not with children.

Stayed here for a weekend in Oct on our first caravan holiday. The location is excellent and we had no need to leave the site for a short stay weekend away.Plenty for families to do together, the pool is excellent, the arcades are fun and the evening entertainment is great.the programme of evening ents varied and the staff delivering them, both performative and technical were very very good. The food on site is of a good quality and reasonably priced. The caravan itself was neat, clean and very well presented. We had a lovely time and it was comfortable.
