Have been in now just for breakfast a few times and always treated really well all the staff are very helpful, busy running around cleaning making sure there is enough food out.The chef Christine seems to always be on her own sorting food and clearing up but always has time for a quick chat and to make sure we are happy with everything.I have recommended your breakfast to many people they also were not aware you can just walk in without staying in the hotel we have also visited with the kids (great that they’re free). We will always be in for a great breakfast.

Stayed for one night. Arrived at Worthing station. Hotel is a decent walk from the station but that was fine as it gave me a chance to stretch my legs after the trip down from London. …

Stayed here for 4nights & what a pleasure it was .from the very warm welcome on entering to the lovely spacious & comfortable room .the meals were excellent sadly didn't catch the young lad cooking the evening meals but they were very well presented and cooked extremely well 10 out 10. Also to christine for the lovely breakfasts. The staff in restaurant were very polite & considering they have to keep the restaurant running smoothly also they ate having to check people in at reception again 10 out 10. Will hopefully definitely come back soon. Thank you keep doing what your doing.

I really am not one for leaving bad reviews generally. However, I had an emergency in the early hours of this morning and was so disappointed with Premier Inn. Having returned from holiday on a delayed flight to Gatwick, we got home to find that the key safe at home would not open, leaving us stranded outside in the cold at 1.45am with all our luggage. I called a cab and they took me to Premier Inn Worthing. While there were apparently rooms available, we were informed that we would have needed to book online before 12pm the previous day. Clearly, I wasn’t expecting to be unable to get into my own house ahead of time! I had ID, payment cards, cash, etc but was turned away despite it now being past 2 in the morning. I find this quite ridiculous and extremely disappointing. “Computer says no” at its finest. I understand the company has booking procedures but I can’t understand how a company would rather turn you away into the street in the middle of the night in an emergency that could not have been foreseen, than find a solution. The same exact thing happened with another chain hotel down the road so this lack of compassion and understanding seems endemic with these chains. Thank goodness that another hotel in Richmond Road showed understanding and empathy for a distressing and stressful situation. One phone call to them and I was issued with a door code and was in a comfortable and clean room within minutes, despite my not having booked ahead online.

The bed was so comfortable. I slept so well . The room was quiet & black out curtains were super!|| Lovely spacious family room with nice bathroom. Good facilities. We were in room 1 so away from main road on a corner. Staff nice at reception. In Worthing for a wedding.

Perfectly placed hotel with lovely staff. Unfortunately it's so busy, with only a few staff having to do so much. Never moan though. Lovely breakfast. We were meant to have 3x rooms fairly close, to share childcare. Sadly mine was in a completely different wing, which made everything more difficult.Lucky to have the last 2 parking spaces. Very tight for space, but underground and cool.

This hotel has lovely, efficient and helpful staff. We had a comfy bed and a very very good breakfast. Nice big TV that you can watch in bed, in a big room with a sea view. We were given extra pillows and there is plenty of extra tea, coffee and milk at reception.

Ideal location on the seafront and a sort walk in to town.Room was spacious but lacked a good view (not that I expected one!) and the bed was comfy. Didn't opt for breakfast.Self check-in was OK.Not the cheapest at £350 for 2 nights but you know what you're getting with a Premier Inn.
