A big thank you to Pub Manager Addy for making our trip memorable. We did not stay here, but the pub is under new management. We popped in for a few drinks and talked to the new team. I can safely say that this is a lovely pub and run by a great team that couldn't have been more welcoming. The food looked great, although we didn't eat here and the selection of drinks are really good. The Ales on offer from Badger Brewery were well kept and tasted great. They have a 5-star food hygiene rating displayed on the door. I would highly recommend this pub and would likely stay here on our next visit. This pub is also dog friendly if you want to bring your four-legged friend.

Very cold, the heating was switched off. I should have followed my instincts and not eat there, but we wanted to eat some lunch and the pubs nearby were fully booked. The place was pretty much empty on a Sunday afternoon, which says it all. We had fish and chips and the chips were hard.

An ideal place to stay if you like steam railways such as the Bluebell Line. There is plenty of parking and the staff are welcoming and helpful. I had a quiet and comfortable room for two nights and enjoyed both evening meals and lovely cooked breakfasts.

After clarifying my booking at least a month ago, I arrived at Ardingly Inn today (18/08/2024) to find it CLOSED DOWN!!! This was utterly disgusting especially given I'd travelled from London with family for a one night stay!! …

Popped in with a group of friends mid way through a long bike ride and a very hot day. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Lou, in particular, was a star on the bar. She made sure we left very hydrated and we left reluctantly. Will try to revisit.
