Nice Bed and Breakfast with a good price/performance ratio. Hotel rooms were good, and so was the breakfast and the pub. Good location, not too far from Chichester College and the next Tesco supermarket.

We dropped in for lunch Saturday. Nice menú at reasonable prices, good selection. Food nicely cooked. My husband had the fish and chips and it was crisply battered. Service friendly. Seemed to have a good all round selection of drinks, beera wines and soft drinks. Decor is elegant and calming. Recommended.

Place is tired and needs improvement. The room size is generous but things that you expect in a hotel was below par.For example the mattress is very old and has a massive dent in the middle.Shower was leaking which kept me awake all night and the room stunk of bleach and dog.Location was good as it was 10 mins away from Goodwood. Definitely not worth £130 a night. Also walls are very thin. Could here someone's phone vibrate every now and again and lots of doors banging from the corridors.Staff were very friendly.

I visited for a private function and I was pleasantly surprised after not having visited for years. The decor was very nice. They partitioned off an area just for us. It was perfect.
