Had the automatic lock on the front door not malfunctioned on the day we arrived the score may have been higher. Overall the room was tidy, cozy and the toilet was alright. The downside is the flush was leaking water and there were some spiders in our room and that we were not able to open front door using a code since battery in the lock died.

What a cozy hotel this is. Situated in a quiet residential area, reception was charming and helpful. The room was excellent, bed firm but comfy.....had the best night's sleep in ages.Bath room was more modern the the room itself, but was clean and functional....recommended and will be back.

Stayed here recently - whilst its not a luxurious hotel by any means, and the rooms are small, they are still clean and contain all the basics required for a very reasonable price. The staff are very friendly - and the hotel is well located very near the centre of Crawley and east to get to and the price is great. Easy bus connection to nearby Gatwick

Stayed for one night before and after my travel. The First time arrived at 2215 to find no one at the reception. Banged on the door for 10 minutes until someone appeared. The room was the same both times 304. The sink the hot tap didn't have water at all. The shower goes between dangerously hot to cold in an instance. The bed is soft but is a good night's sleep and pillows are fine.Room has bottled water tea and coffee.Being a loft room there are several ceilings at a slant as a result my fiance got out of the bed in the night and smashed his head on it.The second time we stayed we communicated that we would arrive back and the property communicated well and left the key in our room for us. Much appreciated. To get to Gatwick it's around £36 in a taxi (11 mins drive) or take the bus for £2 however door to door is around 40 minutes.Next time I would stay closer to the airport.(The photos are from the next morning as I was too tired to take them at night)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price, cheap and cheerful. Note: Breakfast is not available. The room was generally clean and tidy. Besides the usual tea and coffee, there was bottled water.

First of all, the so-called “hotel” is at the back of a housing estate. I don’t know of any hotels that have a location. The water pressure in the taps was non existent! There was a lot of messing around with the shower before I managed to get decent hot water without burning my skin off.The glasses and spoon in my room were dirty. Thankfully I always carry my own cutlery when I go to hotels. The hotels WiFi is provided by repeaters. What’s joke! Repeaters may be great for home use, but not a hotel! Get some professional wireless routers! Even when you manage to connect to the internet, the speed is throttled no almost nothing. I ended up tethering to my phones internet. The staffing situation at the hotel is also strange. I had another guest asking me if I was the guy on reception. The room I was in was at the top floor. It had a slope which was very inconvenient at times. Especially in the shower.I don’t think whoever converted this into a hotel really didn’t think this through.IN HINDSIGHT, I REALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS HOTEL.I’M VERY DOUBTFUL THE “POSITIVE” REVIEWS ARE LEGITIMATE (I.E. PAID POSITIVE REVIEWS)MY ONLY SAVING GRACE FROM THIS, IS THAT I STAYED ONE NIGHT, AND THE COMPANY PAID FOR IT.

I booked the hotel on line. Only after paying did I realise there was no breakfast option. An email confirmed that this establishment offers no breakfast. …

Small hotel, a mile out of town, and close to the K2.Do not let the drive through a residential estate, and the shabby exterior of this hotel put you off. The rooms are actually pretty good. Large, clean, comfy. A couple even have some character. The service was non-existent for our group. We stood at reception for 5-10mins, before phoning a mobile number post on the door. Turns out our rooms were all unlocked, and we just leave the key behind when we leave. There are no food/drink facilities here, so come prepared.
