This is a clean and tidy guest house with free parking (you need to drive to the back road to find the back gate for parking).5 minutes drive (easy direction) from city centre. (Mall, cinema lots of restaurants)The room was clean and comfortable (cattle, some coffee, and tea). Our bed was great.Unfortunately, we misunderstood the kitchen because it isn't connected to the room. It is I the ground floor and shared with everyone. (Fridge, microwave, toaster, some plate, and cutlery, but no water or sink). All in all, it's a good price for the whole thing.

A waste of money. Spent £99 on a tiny room with a minuscule bathroom which featured a temperamental door that you had to shove to open. In addition to that, the shower had no shampoo or body wash, which is shocking given the price. At least include a small bottle of cheap, synthetic shower gel. As well as that I was very disappointed that no breakfast was included, with the money I'm paying I'm not expecting The Ritz or anything but I'd at least expect an offer for a meal? I've stayed on hotels £20 cheaper that offer a continental. Bed, mattress and duvet were all fine, shame that I had to squeeze in the tiny space just to put my feet up.All in all, its overpriced, far too small and lacking in facilities. Wouldn't event pay £50 for it.

Small rooms, no chairs, beds fine for that budget, Place is quiet anyway.Parking was full and had to park around 5-10 mins walk away in other streets! Was not clarified on booking that first come first serve.Be aware that no shampoos/conditioner available if you wish to have a shower... Bring ur own!!!!

99/100 perfect. The couple who manage it are as good as gold. The only thing I think it lacks is a matt in the bathroom so the floor doesn't get wet after your shower.

This pit has a plastic veranda, so when it rains, not only do you have a nigh of Michael flatteley doing river dance, you also get the over spill from broken gutting when Michael has stopped, I had parked my van up, under the direction …

A superb, old-fashioned style guest house, with a well-appointed rooms, some ensuite, comfortable beds, and, most importantly, a shared kitchen and dining room where you can meet fellow travellers from different climes and different walks of life and banter about anything under the sun. This area is generally open 24/7, including access to a covered patio where you can smoke or not and listen to the endless Welsh rain pattering on the roof, and birds singing in Celtic. The hosts, Dave and Sam (Samantha) are a lovely couple and very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with secured parking to the rear and a bus stop outside the front door. Such is the sorry state of the Cardiff bus system, the buses come by somewhat sporadically, but if you're lucky enough to catch one, the driver will take you anywhere except where you want to go, so it's a good way to get to know Cardiff. Fairly priced and highly recommended.

A one night stay for a sports event, the room was small, but perfect for putting kit bags in and sleeping. I am 6ft2" and 140kg, so if I am able to use the en suite anyone can. The staff were very welcoming and willing gave directions and advice.
