Well located hotel. Very basic, so no fuss. No dogs or children. Breakfast was well presented, limited options, but set us up for the day. …

Such a lovely hotel, lovely staff. The breakfast is really nice. Plenty to choose from. The waiters are dressed to impress with their white shirts and black ties. They bring your breakfast to you. I would highly recommend this hotel. I cant wait to go back. We had a beautiful view of the sea.

The rooms were great, comfy beds, decent sized and a bathroom with everything you could need. You also have a kettle in your room. The staff for breakfast were absolutely amazing very helpful and didn’t keep you waiting long for your food and the waters would come over and say what the hold up was if any.The only issue we did have was when we arrived and was told you could book in at 15:00 but they were running behind and we were told three times it will be ready in 15 minutes. I’d rather be told worse case scenario. There were a few people waiting for the family rooms.

No complaints from us. A great central location with staff who were brilliant. We got breakfast included as well, a continental one with cereal toast and eggs (hash browns and beans also). The room wasn't amazing, but clean, and the bathroom was good with a nice powerful shower. I would certainly return.

My husband and I were looking forward to our stay at the Iris Hotel, but we ended up being very disappointed. We don't usually take all reviews as gospel, and the same goes for photos, tending to think, you can't suit everyone. …

Our one night stay was perfect. We arrived by train and the hotel was only a few minutes walk. Our room on the fourth floor had a good view of the sea and pier. The hotel and traffic were very quiet at night. Breakfast was fine. Staff were very helpful.

I don't have high standards but this was very good value for money. Only paid £40 for a night and would much prefer to stay here than a hostel. Decent, clean room albeit slightly small. Complimentary tea and coffee. If I'm ever in Llandudno I would certainly stay here again.

This is not a luxury hotel, but for a 3-star hotel and cheap price they are doing quite well, the location is just near the sea! I leave mark 5, because for money they take the service and facilities are quite good. Breakfast is included. It's not a huge amount of food (I add a menu), but for this money, it's enough (I paid 43 pounds for bed and breakfast). If you want a sea view, ask about this in advance. I think the noise isolation is not very good, but I didn't have neighbors, so I slept well. Only seagulls were crying 😅The breakfast administrator recommended places around to visit. So the staff is polite. The conclusion is, if you want to save money, this is a great option. If you want luxury places to stay, it's not your opinion.Clean place, by the way!
