We stayed here for two nights with friends. ||Rooms were fine - not huge but beds were comfy and quiet. ||We arrived in our old classic cars and were pleased to see a large car park with gated access - ideal! …

We had an amazing stay at The Cawdor in Llandeilo, enjoying the apartment across the road. It was spacious, with two bedrooms (one with an en-suite) and a family bathroom, plus a large kitchen and living room. The location was perfect. Dinner at the main hotel was a highlight—best Shepherd's pie we've ever had! Breakfast was also exceptional, with delicious food made from high-quality ingredients. A fantastic stay overall. Highly recommend!

Can’t say about rooms as I didn’t stay there. But was there with a band for a private function. And it’s a beautiful location with a rich history. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and hospitable. I would highly recommend for any private event such as a birthday party, engagement or reception. Has a nice area for a band or Dj set up plus rooms off to the side if you wish to have a quiet sit down. There’s also a lovely courtyard to relax out in the open. Food was amazing too!!

The hotel was well appointed and the food excellent - some may find the size of the meals somewhat over-facing. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our bedroom was located on the front of the property and therefore very noisy due to a narrow street and heavy traffic including hgv's

We were a large family group of 19 celebrating a Birthday and the Cawdor kindly upgraded the Birthday girl. All staff were superb, friendly and attentive. We had an evening meal and everybody thought the food was lovely and again very good service. Thank you we will return.

The Cawdor hotel from my experience has clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms, with well-equipped bathrooms and overall good value for money. The ambiance combines traditional charm with modern luxury. The restaurant is not left out either. Service at The Cawdor is handled by friendly and efficient staff. Its central location is great for those looking to explore the surroundings.

A beautifully presented hotel, very comfortable. The staff on reception and in the restaurant were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was great. We particularly recommend the shepherd’s pie, and the salmon and scrambled eggs at breakfast! We’ll definitely come again when we’re next in South Wales.
