What a wonderful place! The hotel is ideally located in beautiful grounds off the main road. It's just a few minutes walk to the shops or Pont Y Pair. We were given a warm and friendly greeting upon our arrival. …

Friendly hotel in a wonderful setting next to the rocky Conwy River with its private riverbank grounds. Stayed one night but saw dippers, grey wagtails, mergansers and kingfisher on many occasions. …

We enjoyed a short break in Snowdonia when we travelled to climb Snowdon. Our stay here was just wonderful and the hotel is pure luxury.Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. Fabulous location a short walk into Betws Y Coed village but far enough to offer peace and quiet. The running river outside is wonderfully tranquil and sitting on the terrace after a day of exploring is picturesque. The staff are friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door, and nothing is too much hassle. The front desk staff are lovely, with particular reference to Michelle and Mark who are both exceptional. Breakfast was also stunning and Anna incredibly attentive. The room was gorgeous with a lovely balcony overlooking the river, and the bed is possibly the softest and comfiest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We were also travelling with our dog and this hotel is so dog-friendly it made travelling with our furry friend a dream. A wonderful stay and we will certainly be returning.

Went here for an afternoon tea for my 30th in July, the area was surprisingly quiet for July and so was this hotel, but it added to the experience as we had the view and the silence to take it all in. Upon entering a red haired woman greeted us and was super polite and perky which added to the birthday festivities, this woman also served us and we explained we haven't had an afternoon tea before but she assures us it was delicious and she was correct. We had a conservatory room with the view of the river flowing beside us, it was all perfect. It was a special moment for me and my partner and the experience will forever stay with me. Thank you
