We booked as a couple the double bed room. The whole site is fantastic, from the room to the space available to eat and complete bathroom. The bed is really comfortable, wireless phone charger, kettle for tea... You can choose between shower or bath. Almost anything you need is at your disposal and also plenty of options for food (mostly breakfast). Ellie is also a super friendly host, received in a friendly manner late at night on arrival and gave us a lovely farewell our last day. I would totally recommend!!

Travelling in a group of four ladies on a cycling trip. We couldn't of asked for anything more. This really is a little gem. The bedrooms, bathroom, larder and fridge are stocked with everything you could ask for. The hosts have thought of everything. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable.We had a secure place to store our bikes over night. The location is stunning with the most amazing views. Having cycled 65 miles to get there we showered and crashed out with a takeaway pizza which was delicious. Sat in bed in fluffy dressing gowns (provided by the hosts) was just what we needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Woodbriar B&B was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Ellie was really welcoming and on hand if there was anything that we needed. It was great to have the two rooms and our teenage son could have his own space complete with flat screen TV and netflix! Ellie kindly left us lots of breakfast food and snacks and much needed bottles of water as was so hot. There was a coffee machine, toaster, microwave and kettle on hand too - they have really thought of everything and oh a beautiful outdoor terrace with amazing views. In a lovely spot with the Fairy Glen Hotel a couple of minutes walk away (just a shame it had to close for 10 days!)

Just had a short break and loved this place so much. Ellie and Gavin were very friendly and helpful going the extra mile. The place is spotless and every little detail catered for. We had a terrace to ourselves with views of the sea and mountains and a well stocked pantry to help ourselves to. The shower was great a big plus for me and the place is in such a lovely spot close to Conwy and a short walk to the sea or shops idyllic. A pub where you can sit out close but not too close that does food. We will be back thank you for your hospitality Anita xx

Stayed here with a Friend for a mid-week break. Absolutely everything was catered for. Ellie was very welcoming from the start. All facilities you could need where provided. Great choice of breakfast items provided and stocked up daily. Pubs and restaurants near-by. A great place to stay if you are interested in checking out the beautiful local areas.

We booked this property for three days as the map on this site shows it in Conway proper and we came by train. After trying for two hours to find it, and not getting anyone to answer our calls, we had to book another room.Finally got through to the owner, who would not acknowledge this error but said he would pick us up. Real location was a few miles away and not good for us as we didn't have a car.Lost the cost of the room, as we paid in advance.We had confidence that the property was the one in this picture, and at the location shown. Owner said he considers Google Maps and lodging ideas "a random site" and has never had this issue before....

Had two nights here-what a treat! Immaculately clean, beautiful equipment and a warm welcome from Ellie. The do-it-yourself breakfast was more than adequately provided for with bread, cereals, milk and juices together with tinned goods etc. Highly recommended!

Fantastic bed and breakfast, host really could not do enough for us and had thought of everything
Bed was so comfy and a beautiful area. Ideal place for cyclists as safe storage for bikes and some excellent routes

Ellie and Gavin are very friendly and the room was very cosy. We arrived quite late but Ellie met us at the door as we arrived - such a lovely welcome. We slept really well. I love this place.
