No drop off point which is terrible. Having to walk over 100m in my case, with heavy suitcases is no joke. Same applied when leavingOn two occasions whilst eating breakfast workmen were in redecorating the front of the bar and banging away merrily whilst we were trying to have a leisurely breakfast. Come on hotel manager, pull your finger out.All the staff were lovely. Very attentive, smiling and cheerfulGreat location too

The warm welcome back from the receptionist made the journey instantly worthwhile. |The receptionist also ensured U had a quiet room on the top floor as I was attending to a project requiring good concentration. …

We stayed here once in 2022 as we were going to a wedding nearby. We were so impressed with the hotel that we always said we would come back. Having stayed again I have to say that it is just a really great place to stay. Everything about the hotel is so well done. The staff are lovely to a person, the food (like the hotel itself) is unpretentious and quality, and the location next to the waterfront is wonderful. I would absolutely recommend staying here for a good value weekend with the family as there are so many beaches to explore nearby.

We have stayed here a number off times and will continue to do so. The issue we had this time were some of the other guests. We did notice groups of scruffy people in the lounge area in the evenings but that was fine. No impact on us. …

Room was comfortable and clean. All staff very friendly . |We had a good lunch in the bar but dinner did not deliver the high quality food and presentation expected of a restaurant with a signature chef who cares passionately about the food …

I really like staying at this hotel when we visit our family here and already knew in advance about the things that we wouldn't like e.g. the terrible coffee machines (please do something about this and serve us decent coffee!) …

£13.50 for a glass of wine suggest opulent surroundings. 20 very scruffy people hanging around getting free rooms from the government ( if you follow ). …

Good location for the area.Room was not made up for the whole 3 days we were there. Had to ask for this to be done, but only given clean towels, so, was still not fully made up. This was a little disappointing.Food was exquisite sobexpec5vto pay a little more but was very tasty, and the sticky toffee pudding was out of this world.Drinks a little pricey ...£46.00 for a bottle of prosecco, I think not.
