Beautiful guest house. Really clean, owner welcoming on arrival. Had room 3, deluxe sea view. It was perfect for what we wanted from our weekend. Bed was comfy and lovely seating in the bay window to watch the world go by. …

Recently had a 5 night stay here. We had a lovely little room on the 2nd floor. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable with excellent pillows. …

When I got there, it did not feel very warm or welcoming. I knew I was early but was happy to leave everything in the car. I did get into the room early, but I found the owner a bit condescending!! He spoke to me as if I was stupid. The front door was sometimes hard to open, and the lock on the bedroom door was difficult. He showed me the best way of opening the front door but not in a warm way, felt I was an inconvenience!! The shower needs a rail it is so slippy!! The room was clean, no view it was the bin area. Weather did not help. I have been to Barmouth 3 times now, loved where I stayed last year they were very warm and welcoming, and their breakfast was fantastic. No food included at the Seascape and food was not allowed in the room, which meant having to eat out or sit outside and eat, due to ants!! Never saw any ants. Would I go again, no, think that sums it up. The lady that cleans was lovely and friendly. Location was good. The headboard was not on properly and made an awful noise if I accidentally touched it!! I could hear loud snoring coming from another room, not the owners fault, but made me think how thin the walls must be. On the plus right opposite the beach, close to shops etc. Room 1, good size with small table and chairs.

We had a lovely time at Seascape. It is in a great location right by the beach in Barmouth and the owners were lovely and accommodating to us - staying around to help us check in later when we had a nightmare with traffic. Would definitely return.

I had a very relaxing stay in Seascape . Lovely informal owners Ian and Sue were very welcoming . Fabulous lofty view of the sea from room 8 !! Great for wildlife watching . Saw gannets diving for fish !! Seascape is a very appropriate name . The decor on the stairways is very in keeping with it's marine location . A delight to have stayed there . Wonderful building in a superb place with nice owners . 😊

Absolutely loved our stay at Seascapes. The owners were lovely and very welcoming. It was our honeymoon and they left a personal touch in the room. The room was clean and well kept, had a fridge in so we can store outlr food/drinks in there. The room we stayed in had a lovely view of the beach and was a good location. Seascapes is close to the shops, restaurants and pub. Thankyou for our stay, we will definitely be back.

Location is amazing, owners are friendly and helpful. It was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to walk into the town. Plenty of parking nearby. Wish we'd booked a room on the ground floor as there were a lot of steps to climb.
