We had a post wedding dinner here and the team were absolutely amazing! They were so accommodating to adding on last minute additions, they wrote us a lovely card, surprised us with dessert & honestly were so welcoming. It was a perfect end to a brilliant day. We’ve always had amazing meals here, with great service but this was absolutely another level and we cannot thank the whole team enough. Recommend to anyone in the area, you won’t be disappointed with the service or the food

What an incredible place! We have been wanting to stay here for many years and finally got round to booking a room here (Aeron Queen). We received such a warm welcome when we arrived and the free tea/coffee/cake for guests is a lovely touch. The room was absolutely amazing with a wonderful view over the harbour. We were fortunate to have good weather in September so the air conditioning was very welcome. Lovely comfortable bed, super refreshing shower after an invigorating coastal path walk to New Quay and back and the roll top bath was divine. We had only booked one night but noticed that it was available the next day so we booked that too as we enjoyed our stay so much. We ate in the restaurant on the second night and the food was superb. The breakfast menu is extensive, delicious and plentiful. Well definitely return! There is currently construction work going on to repair the sea defences which spoil the view a little but the workers were respectful and the noise was not intrusive.

What a lovely hotel. Had a very warm welcome on arrival with complementary cake and coffee which was a great treat. Room was well presented with a fantastic view of the harbour. Really enjoyed our dinner in the evening too. I think we’ll be returning in the future.

Stopped by for lunch. Lovely oysters followed by an excellent sea bass. Stayed here previously. The Queen room was excellent with huge window overlooking the harbour. The service and food are spot on.

Stayed in the Lilac house, parking was easy by the garage at the back. Apartment was spotless. Lovely little kitchen and lounge with views of the harbour. Bathroom contains shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and hand wash. Comfortable beds and high end furniture. Would recommend.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome and the room we had on the top floor had an amazing view over the beach and harbour. The room itself was beautiful - very rustic and well laid out. The bar person was very chatty and the food spot on. Definitely will be booking again next time we’re down that way.

Friendly staff, thoroughly enjoyed the evening meal, slept well and would have liked to stay there longer than one night.|Good selection of drinks, the ales, particularly, were in very good fettle.|Complimentary tea and cakes Sunday afternoon were a bonus.
