For a 2* hotel this was a comfortable weekend's stay with helpful staff. Good simple food. Vegetarian options. We used as part of a coach trip and as a large group the size of this hotel allowed all to be accommodated.Lift for the less able to access upper floors. Located of sea front, with easy access to Promenade, shore line and pebble beech. Equidistant between the Great and Lesser Orme.

For the price we paid it was okay. Admittedly hot and cold water could be erratic and should be looked at. That aside staff and manager worked really hard to make holiday enjoyable. Chap doing bingo and singing on some evenings also cleaning rooms in day so credit where it's due. I would stay here again as good value and friendly.

The twin bedroom was basic but very comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. However, there was mould on the wall above the TV. The bathroom and shower were not good at all. …
