We were very delighted with this B&B. We had to park the car at a nearby car park & walk up to the B&B to let them know that we'd arrived. A very pleasant helpful couple, the owners. …

Just had a lovely one night stay here with my fiancee. It was very clean and extremely friendly. The on-suite room we had was roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent although maybe a little early for me, but the service we received made up for it. Excellent location and the owners couldn't help us enough! Suzanne and Steve.

A gem, on arrival welcomed by Michelle. Our room was first class, everything you might need for a few days stay, or a week. It is perfectly situated for all Llandudno's wonderful sites and great restaurants. Not a problem with finding a parking spot.Michelle and Kenny were warm friendly hosts, and Lucy and I want too. Thank you for making our few days we had off work, that bit more special.

Arrived at hotel after confirmation by email that morning that the key would be found underneath a plant pot. No sign of proprietors at all that evening, in fact, on returning to hotel at night it felt a bit like the Marie Celeste. …

I stayed here for weeks, as I was I restoring the absolutely beautiful palladium back to it former self back in 2008/2009. Michelle and her husband were brilliant to me and my work colleague. Hospitality is second to none. The breakfast ohhh, the breakfast every morning without fail, 10/10 with the upmost pleasant waitress. They made me feel like family during my time there, so I would like to thank you both Michelle and the polite polish waitress. Kindest regards Scott p.s hope you are well x

Had a fab weekend at this lovely little place, Michele (the owner) was fantastic, nothing too much trouble, room quiet and very comfortable, would definitely recommend. Tea and coffe making facilities in the room along with a selection of biscuits, nice touch.
