Stayed here not long ago with my girlfriend, lovely location with lovely views, however it's hard to walk to the beach from the hut so we ended up driving to the town a lot of the time. The service was excellent, we had trouble with the shower/ sink drainage, the owners came right over and fixed it as soon as we let them know.Only downside was the fact that the floors were quite dirty during our stay.

The food was fab, loved the breakfast and the evening meals when available are to a high standard. Loved the unspoilt character of the farm house and out buildings and the fellow guests were really interesting and lovely people. …

Historic building (1581) well restored. Knowledgeable and friendly hosts. Excellent food with evening meals available. Quality menu with good wine selection. Breakfast cooked to order. Comfortable bed. Turn-off from main road is a little hard to spot but GPS guide helped with this. Would have liked to stay longer.

We spent a happy four nights here, 2 adults and 2 kids (11 & 13). Very comfortable and warm family room - not overly large but as we were out all the time it didn't matter. Modern and clean. …

No real problems. Central for our touring and quite a nice room and quiet. TV fine, bathroom fine, bed comfortable, and the food we had ( a meal two nights ) was quite nice. …

This is a good B&B rather than a hotel (as its website calls it). Friendly and welcoming hosts, a pleasant room with 4 poster bed, but the corners of the room could have been a bit cleaner. …

Absolutely beautiful from the decor to the hosts. Stunning views and a wide choice of breakfast delivered to your room in the morning. We were really blown away by this hidden beauty! The photos online don't do it justice. Highly recommend

We stayed in a very quiet and cosy room in the Granary with a comfortable new bed.||Paula and Peter were friendly and helpful hosts and the old house, set in pretty gardens and with fantastic views, had a lot of interest and charm. …

The negative reviews I suspect are from people who just miss the point and complain as they are so miserable! …
