Owner/ manager laid the law down before we got off the coach and continued in same mode for duration of holiday. Far too many rules considering we were actually paying forbeing there Unimpressed by evening meals and less impressed by the half a slice of bread on offer. Breakfast was good though. Rooms were clean but dated and need more powerpoints. Staff generally helpful but my husband did ask one why she was being so nasty to everyone. Interesting approach to bar service- flags in a vase were the only way to get a drink! Entertainment pretty decent but don't make the mistake of putting a chair on the dance floor- owner doesn't like it! Even bingo had rules. Had brilliant company thankfully and driver was great, but I'd never go there again!

This is the second time I have brought a coach party to this Excellent hotel, Peter and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, everywhere was clean and good homely cooked food. Entertainment was very good especially on Sunday night had us all in stitches. Definitely will come back and stay when in Llandudno you should do the same.

Nice hotel if you don't mind, not being on the seafront, entertainment not bad plus bingo for people who love playing, plus no power points by the bed, and a ensuite bathroom that you can hardly move in, safe to say we wont be going back.

This hotel lacks hospitality. Only younger members of the team are friendly. We had a very small twin room - basic to say the least. As for the food, we ate out for two of the four night stays. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Spending 4 days in this hotel on a coach trip with Edwards, taking my elderly mother away for a few days...and so far it has been really nice. Cant fault the food, good choice and nice and hot too. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. There is a lift which is great, our room is small, but clean and we are looking out the back of the hotel which isnt particularly good but it has everything we need. Our room lady is super friendly and helpful.... nice to see real people again
