Charming small pub in a quiet Welsh village. Although there are not a lot of tables the staff and locals are very welcoming. Came here several nights on our stay and always enjoyed the place. Food was pretty good too and if back in the area would definitely make a point of coming here again.

Didn't stay here, but rented a cottage locally so popped in the Fairy Glen more than once for drinks and food during the week we were there. It's a nice pub with a decent beer selection and good food. The service is efficient and cheerful and they are dog friendly. I had (not in the same visit) the beefburger, the lamb moussaka and the chicken breast in garlic sauce and they are all good and tasted home cooked.

I stopped at this charming pub/ hotel, once an 18th century coaching inn. Set in the Sychnant Pass midway between Conwy and Penmaenmawr. We called in for drinks, an hour before closing, midweek. fortunately we found the last parking space. It must be a favorite with locals. Pleasant atmosphere inside with old photos of its former use, on the walls. Nice staff, & outside seating.
