We have stayed here before. We go with a dancing group. There is a large ballroom which accommodates us nicely. Last year the food was poor. There has been an improvement. For me though the full Welsh breakfast was too greasy.  …

Long weekend with a dance group. The ballroom floor has been extended and stage removed so great improvement. Room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely sea view from the bay window. The food was a huge improvement from last yr. plentiful, well presented and tasty. The staff were pleasant and helpful too. Free car parking at the rear which is brilliant, would benefit from an electric charge point but that’s a minor inconvenience. Location is great in walking distance from most things, shops, pier and cable car to great Orme. Would definitely recommend

I haven't stayed a night but I had the privilege to have a breakfast here one morning. The breakfast was fantastic & the service great. Location is perfect on Llandudno seafront within walking distance of all major activities. The hotel itself although old is in great condition & well looked after. Would definitely recommend.

Room with a sea view was the highlight..Customer service friendly and fast on checking in.Breakfast was a little disappointing so small and not filling so had to also eat out.. room is a little outdated and feels old.For what we paid I'd expected a little more to offer for staying over..Great for retired people as its quiet and easy accessible..

This hotel dose not cater for vegans. There was no vegan choice on the menu at all. We asked for melon for a starter which we had 3 out of the 4 nights we were there.  …
