Food was amazing! Ordered the roast dinners (i unfortunately didn’t take a photo because it looked too good and i was very hungry) and it was a really good big portion! The place is also super dog friendly :) they even have a cute little dog menu. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Desserts and cocktails were also amazing!!

Reserved a table for 7-00pm and was seated in their snug area. Waited 10 min before someone came to us to inform what was not available on the menu. As he was walking away i asked him could we order drinks. He took the order. …

I was visiting my brother at his lodge near Conwy when he suggested visiting these premises for lunch which he had already booked. Arrived found good disabled parking and easy access and very smart premises.  …

Food was delicious. The decor was stunning. Dogs are allowed to sit in the eating area so it may get noisy! The service could do with a bit more work. Several staff looked as if they did not want to be there and there were no 'check backs' during the meals or if we wanted more drinks.

Disappointing! We came here for dinner. We waited 15 minutes for drinks but we’re offered tap water to drink while we waited (woozy doo!). We waited over an hour for food despite plenty of empty tables. Service was so-so not really made to feel welcome. The food was average overall. Unappetising chips, nice mussels, Indian lamb koftas were dried up over cooked. We didn’t bother with desserts. For the price, I would expect much better. On the plus side, there is a nice ambience with diners spread out. Carpets are laid in most areas which deadens echoes so make a tranquil ambience. Looking at other reviews maybe we were unlucky…

It was...OK. Food was pretty overpriced for what it was. Two starters, two mains and two drinks was around £75 😬 Service was OK, but not particularly friendly or welcoming. It's a shame as it's a perfectly situated pub in the Conwy area.

Excellent food. Staff could not have been more helpful. We have two dogs, one extremely reactive and they moved our table to accommodate us. A simple question about a potential road closure resulted in an unprecedented level of helpfulness - Google searches, website addresses etc to help us. The food was absolutely delicious and they were able to advise and accommodate one member of our parties food intolerance .

AMAZING and a big shout out to staff member Jess.We checked in for our stay extremely last minute as after a long 7hr drive we arrived at a holiday park and instantly checked out (that’s another story)After some panicking this was the first hotel we found in the location we wanted.I called and Jess answered, she was so accommodating and gave us the good news. There was space for 2 adults and 2 children :)We were shown to the Snowden studio which was sheer luxury. The attention to detail in the apartment was outstanding. It was clean and had everything we needed, even with the added bonus of a hot tub.It felt like home and made us very happy. After a long and stressful day it’s what we needed.Jess quickly made the room up for us while we had some drinks at the bar.She bent over backwards for us, the service was brilliant. It was the best nights sleep and waking up to a view of the mountains was something else.We had the added bonus of breakfast each morning which was included in the price.Breakfast was lovely and we had no complaints. The bar/restaurant is cosy, warm and has such good vibes, a real country feel to it.It’s a common theme throughout with its high standards. The location was perfect and is a short drive to the historic seaside towns. We stayed for 2 nights and I wish it could have been more, we even got a small discount on the room rate which helped us out after loosing all that money on a holiday village which we were glad to see the back of.We will deff visit again, outstanding is an understatement.Thank you to all the amazing staff who excel in customer service. Please book this gem of a hotel if you want a relaxing getaway.

The best most dog friendly pub in Wales. Delicious food, amazing service, huge terrace that gets the afternoon sun, friendly service. There is even a dog menu. Koda loved his Paw Star Martini. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended. They even have rooms for the night if you over indulge. We were very tempted to make use of one.
