Simon was an amazing host. Upon our arrival, he gave us a tour around and explained the history to the masonic hall, which is stunning. Our room was lovely, well stocked hospitality tray with beautiful views of the Orme. Thought our stay Simon made sure we had everthing we needed, chatting as much as time allowed him. We have been to Llandudno so many times over several years, yet he told us lots of historic information we didn't know. Love that all the products they use are welsh sourced. Fabulous breakfast with lots to choose from. We cannot recommend The Chelsea enough, this is now our go to place.

We stayed at The Chelsea for 3 nights in August. We thougrougly enjoyed our stay Simon is very friendly and welcoming he couldn't do enough for you his breakfasts are yummy. The room was very clean and had a lovely view of the orme. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Stayed here for two nights and wow what a lovely place this is .We stayed in the king size superior room which was absolutely beautiful, there was tea ,coffee and biscuits and a kettle and fridge in the room , perfect for chilling our wine .Simon was the perfect host , he reccomend some great places to eat and drink etc .We had an issue with the light outside our room staying on all night , mentioned it to Simon and he sorted it immediately. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again .Paula and John .

Had such a lovely welcome by Simon showed us round it was so welcoming. The room was so lovely clean fresh lovely views of the mountains. Service by Simon and family was excellent couldn't do enough for you.Will recommend this hotel to family and friends. Definitely will be coming back.
