Lovely little place in the heart of Llangollen with breakfast overlooking the river. Overnight car parking (paid separately) was only a short walk away ||The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. …

We’ve had a lovely stay at Riverbanc. Our room has a great view overlooking the river. Our breakfast was amazing, the Welsh breakfast and the breakfast bap had high quality ingredients. We’d recommend having breakfast when you stay here.Parked by wasn’t an issue as there are car parks in the town, we used East Street as it’s close to the hotel and good value.

Café offers a delightful coffee experience with some of the best brews in town. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasure. One of the highlights is the stunning view from the back garden, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your coffee. Highly recommended for both the quality of coffee and the wonderful atmosphere!

Used the Riverbanc for the Llangollen Music Festival. Super convenient. Checking in was so easy and location to walk to the venue took no time at all. Rooms were clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Would absolutely use again if we visit again next year. Parking can be a bit of a find but wouldn’t put us off. Would be good of the hotel could provide recommendations of local restaurants in their welcome email. One all a great place to stay.

Great place to stay in Llangollen. Staff was super helpful, room was clean and comfortable, great location. Cafe food was delicious. Not a lot of rooms, so book early. They have a room for families with a king size bed and bunks, and the price is very reasonable. Higher recommend.

This is a review of the cafe (not the hotel). We stayed in Llangollen for 4 nights and visited here twice. The food was delicious and the menu was varied with a good selection of meat, veggie and vegan options. My partner ordered the vegan stacked breakfast and said it was amazing, and this is coming from a massive meat eater! They have a beautiful spot alongside the River Dee, and the outside decking bit is lovely (there are large umbrellas so you are shaded). The views are to die for. This place is also dog friendly.

Blown away with this little gem of a cafe. We almost missed it, but it’s nestled next to the White Water Active building. Lovely vegan options for food and a selection of cakes. I went for a matcha and the vegan stacked toast. Highly recommend heading to the decking at the back of the cafe for exceptional brekkie views!!

Just the cafe. I don't normally give 5 stars. This place deserves it. Lovely staff. Warm morning looking over a rushing Dee, excellent coffee and cakes. Relaxed atmosphere. Brilliant

Lovely room, excellent breakfast with option of consuming by the river. The constant slamming of doors by everyone is the worst element of this stay. Staff, guests... everyone slams the door and it reverberates through the walls and floors. Install some slow closers and it'll be a total game changer!
