A beautiful building with many features. Shame that construction was taking place in high season. Booked as part of a coach tour holiday that was very peaceful and relaxing. New mattress and bedding, room service everyday. There is no 24 hour reception. And the restaurant bulk cooks, meaning it is preheated, rather than to order. An average hotel that could do better with some systems of management to make the change, lifting its rating from a 2 star hotel. Everywhere is dust free and floors are kept clean throughout the night. The hotel is well located by the sea front; with the town centre a few minutes away. Nightlife available a few blocks away; with 24 hour convenience shopping available at a short distance. It has the makings of a great retreat.

Lovely staff, enjoyed all the food, lots of choices. Bed comfortable and nice white sheets. Great curtains keep the sun out. Wall paper is tired. Nice shower and regular clean towels. Rooms tidied daily. The area is great, zero litter, plenty of shops. Snowdonia national park is stunning.
