Stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Snowdonia national park and we managed to make a booking just the day before. The room is very clean and the owner does room service everyday. Only downside is that the location is quite far north up the park and the nearest supermarket is about 15 min drive away.

We paid a small deposit to stay at this hotel, but cancelled with loss of deposit, after receiving a phone call at 8.30 pm, from a man in very poor broken english, either indian or pakistan, who was asking for the full balance to be paid. What I cant understand, is my wifes phone number now appears as the phone number for this hotel. We have never stayed there, we live in a flat in liverpool and in the past few weeks, we have had 2 people phoning us to book a room at this hotel.

Quite an odd place with small noisy rooms due to bar infornt. When asked about the heaters, the owner said no heaters were required since winter was over. It was quite chilling that night with a temperature going down to around 5-6 degrees, but the heaters were switched off centrally by the owner.

We had visited Wales to climb Snowdon mountain and had booked this hotel to stay for the night afterwards, and we were extremely impressed about what we had experienced. The service was great with the people there being extremely friendly and any questions we had during our stay were answered by the amazing staff. The rooms were clean and in great condition, with everything you would need in there plus more. The general area was great with a bar with cheap prices, as well as darts and pool that gave us a good night after our climb. Would highly recommend staying here!
