For what we paid I was quite happy with the room. It wasn't the cleanest, but apart from that it was fine. There was tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate and biscuits, the television worked and the shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and the room was warm. All in all a nice stay and good value for money. We paid £38. Free parking out front.

Location is good near Conwy in the countryside. The room was large with most amenities available, a bar open at certain hours and a large free car park. The manager was very friendly and helpful. However, walls between cabins are very thin like paper and as I had very noisy neighbours in next cabin for my whole stay I decided to cut it short, that it would be quitter at my home. Plus there was no food at the bar and no local shop, and no mini fridge in the cabin, which, for a place like this, and I have visited several in Canada and USA, is a must really. And most worryingly the lock at the window in the bathroom at the back was broken and could easily be open, and so my stuff was not really safe.

Staff where lovely and very nice. Pizzas are freshly made and we really enjoyed. I feel all food there is handmade. Location is great, just few minutes if conwy and village is small but beautiful. The hotel is also child friendly. Rooms where okay and all bed sheets where fresh and clean but we felt the room wasn't the cleanest.

Only giving one star because I can't give zero. This place is nothing like the pictures online. I booked for 2 nights and left in disgust after one night. It's like a cheap motel, the surroundings are dirty there's no food available, the walls are paper thin, could hear everything in adjoining rooms. The bathroom is cramped, the sink is in the bedroom, the fittings fell off the walls. The room wasn't cleaned properly, there was soiled clothing left behind by a previous guest. After I left the 'hotel' claimed that I had never checked in so they get to keep all the money I paid in advance claiming it as a 'no show' fee. Avoid this place at all costs

I went here with my dad, it was actually decent......we booked a room for around fifty pounds, when we arrived, the owner (who my dad actually knew), was really nice. The rooms were also nice. The only real problem is it's size and the way its built, the rooms aren't actually in the building, but its a rather mild issue, as it is connected to the building. The food was okay, I ordered the kids meal and it tasted decent. However......for some (unknown) reason, I had a terrible stomach around a few hours after, but I do t actually know if it was the food or not.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Rooms: 4 Service: 4.5 Food: 3.5

The hotel is situated in a very quiet spot in an excellent location in the valley. The chalets are well equipped with the usual coffee tea and biscuits. There is a bar on site to have a drink and socialize. The price is very reasonable, but no breakfast or evening meals. There are places nearby that will cater for food morning and evening. Recommend 😊👍

Upon entering our room, we were greeted by the unmistakable smell of damp and mould, particularly in the bathroom. The bed and Sky television were nice, but that's about all the positives I can say.We didn't try their food so cannot comment on that, but upon reading other reviews what was deeply concerning was the owner/manager's attitude when responding to criticism of the hotel. Very defensive and hostile.Ultimately wouldn't recommend.

Very helpful chap showed us to our very comfortable, warm and tidy room.Plenty of car parking. Absolutely beautiful views in a very convenient area to lots of attractions.Fantastic base camp. We went mid-weed in December so they were not serving food, but we looked on the menu and there were no vegan options. Just a suggestion.
