Charming guesthouse in the middle of Aberdeen. A little hard to find, and there is little to no parking available. Room was small, but comfortable with all the necessary amenities.  …

The guesthouse itself was great; breakfast cooked on order, and the rooms cosy and clean. The only very negative point to this guesthouse is that there is no free, on site parking and you are supposed to park on the street... …

Very good breakfast from a friendly host couple. The room had Wifi and was very comfortable.Unfortunately there are no parking spaces for guests, the available spaces in the courtyard were only used by the hosts during our presence.

location only a few blocks from town was perfect for exploring. Room was clean and bed very comfy. The Scottish Breakfast was one of the best and the hosts were delightful, knowledgeable and welcoming. I'd recommend this accommodation.

To enter the house there are 2 bells, one on top of the other. I pressed both and started timing my wait after a few minutes. I waited between 13-15 minutes as I periodically pressing both buttons. …

This guest house had no heat. I had to sleep fully dressed and in my coat. At breakfast the kitchen is open and adjacent to the dining room. The cook loudly blew his nose and then just kept on cooking our breakfast. Wifi was $10 extra. The room was decorated in hot pink children's print. Not very restful.

So wonderful of the owner to wait for us. We had gotten lost on the way there from St. Andrews and he was very understanding and gave great directions. The breakfast was very good and catered to my daughter's and mine vegetarian diet. Owner was personable and funny.
