I found our room very clean and comfortable everything you could possibly need including iron and board. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo body wash and once again most things you would need.Easy check in and the staff were so nice even walked outside to show us where our parking space. The breakfast has a large selection and hot food replenish often and once again staff friendly and helpful. We travel every 4/5 weeks and normally use premier inns ( no breakfast included )but this experience has won us over.Thank you very comfortable 3 night stay

Rachel at Front Desk was one of the nicest Hotel staff I have ever met. She was so accommodating, friendly and very helpful especially when I arrived soaked trying to find the hotel due to Google Maps sending me the wrong way! …

I booked 2 nights at the Holiday Inn Express Aberdeen for myself and my husband and 10 year old son, I booked a double bed with pull out sofa bed option as this was the only room that could accommodate my family at the time. …

We made a booking here for 2 nights upon arrival we got to reception and overheard a lot of customers complaining with staff about parking and service. The rooms were all ready for us but we noticed little things which could be improved like cleanliness. Some parts of room not vacuumed and dust evident. The service here was good although they were very busy at the weekend and short staffed. The breakfast was ok not the best nor the worst but edible. The hotel is located in a good area just a little walk and your on the main street with the pubs and restaurants. Outside of the hotel across the road is a local bakery shop called Ross of Chapel Street I highly recommend you try here when visiting if you don't like the hotel food. Overall the stay was good price was good.

Room was very hot despite the outdoor temperature being around 20°C. No aircon, only a small plastic fan that simply moved the air around a bit, which didn't help the room temperature much. …

When we booked they didn't tell us that we had to prebook the parking so when we arrived there were no parking spaces. Told us to park at the multistory at the top of the street which we tried and it was full so we had to park in the street and pay the street prices. We then checked in and had to pay £20 extra for the Saturday night. Payed by card. The manager took £30 instead of £20 then said you can use £10 at the bar. We got 2 drinks that night which apparently came to £10? The room was so noisy didn't sleep much at all. Breakfast was terrible didn't have any the second morning just left. Asked for a fresh orange and lemonade the second night which they said they didn't have although the cabinet was full of fresh orange and they had bottles of lemonade. Honestly was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff didn't have a clue and to be honest we're not really interested.

Hotel was OK for the room charge, given UK standards (can't compare to other European countries though..)But Service is a joke - we parked there for 10 min to unload the luggage and check with the reception how to pay for the parking spot. Once we were informed that there is no parking free (they only have 10 spots) we moved the car away but still received a hefty parking fine.If you come with a car, better invest that in a nicer hotel!!!

My Hubby and I were gifted a seven nights vacation in Aberdeen, in Holiday Inn Express, Chapel Street, Union Road, City centre. Your staff were amazing, services fantastic and the ambience homely and welcoming. Of note were Rachel at the reception, Basant at the Breakfast restaurant, Emilia and Tatiana the dutiful cleaners. All together made our vacation memorable and we look forward to another time in your facility. Weldon and keep it up 🤩👍

Had the pleasure of staying 3 nights with family at this extremely well located hotel around restaurants and shopping and near all the major attractions of Aberdeen. The hotel staff was beyond friendly, helpful and responsive. We would stay again in a heart beat. if you need a parking spot make sure you let the hotel know in advance and get ready for tight spots. Other than that the hotel and the staff are A+.Other tips - there is a boba place around the corner that we enjoyed and a Turkish place that was busy but was well worth the wait behind the hotel.

It's a good place to stay for busy city dwellers. It's not a place you would go for a relaxing holiday. There is no parking .Also a lot of people were loitering outside the hotel which made me worried a bit. They shd make sure the outside is as welcoming as the inside. Overall, the experience was good for the purpose of our visit, definitely not a holiday place, more of a work stopover.
