My husband and I spent 6 weeks touring the UK and ended our trip at the beachfront Seaholm B&B, little did we realize we were saving the best for last! ||We couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming, accommodating, and gracious hostess. …

Great BnB - Lorena was an extremely accommodating hostess with nothing too much to ask. The twin room was comfortable and a very good bathroom. Loved the Italian coffee in particular.  …

A lovely stay - close to the town centre and beach and about a 20 minute walk from the rail station. Very well looked after with very good breakfasts to set you up for the day. It is an older property so the rooms are not en-suite, but you have a perfectly good private bathroom nearby. A comfortable room, very relaxing.

The most kind, accommodating, well presented, clean and centrally located BnB you could ever wish for. Lorena has a a wonderful hostess who looked after our two older children in a twin room and enjoyed kindness, wonderful breakfasts and a home from home. This is the go to place for future stays in North Berwick.

I had a very lovely stay in these B&B. Lorena is such a kind person and has great recommendations for the area and dinner. The breakfast was also very tasty. Normally it's for two nights minimum stays (at least it was in high season), but please ask, if you're just looking for one night, sometimes there is just one night available between two other bookings and it will be possible to stay. You won't be disappointed choosing this place. Nice coastal walks in the area (p. e. to Tantallon Castle) and lovely beaches.
