Beautiful clean hotel in a great location. Five minutes walk from the main shopping area but quiet enough to get a good night's sleep!! Staff were so lovely too. The room was very clean and had spare pillows too. It had a good Aircon system which we used as the hotel was very warm! The shower was so powerful and hot!

1st off the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect. My issue, is a company the size of the premier inn does not accommodate for disabled families. …

The location is ideal, especially if you're attending the playhouse. It's also a 2 min walk from St James shopping centre. The service on arrival was brilliant, and we were able to check in early. The girl was very polite and friendly. The breakfast staff were a bit less welcoming, and it was almost as if we were an inconvenience. The cooked breakfast was lovely, fresh, and fully stocked. We never had anything from the continental side as there was nothing left. The room was perfect and exactly what you would expect. I always have a great sleep, and the rooms are always clean. They only thing I wasn't too happy with was the toilet roll. It was like tracing paper, which came out of a dispenser. I have never seen this in any other premier inn, so I'm not sure if it's a new thing. Other than that it's an ideal hotel if you're not planning to spend a lot of time in it.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us for the whole day we stayed to keep our bags in a safe place. However, we checked-in at 3 pm. We had to wait for hours. Also, when we got into the room, the toilet was dirty. There was a dried feces stain on the edge of the toilet and a dried feces piece on the outside of the toilet. There were also hairs in the bathtub that did not belong to us. Frankly, we could not understand why we could not check in until 3 pm after all, we had to wait because they said our room was prepared and cleaned. When we told the hotel staff about this, they apologized to us but could not help us because housekeeping was not working, it could only be cleaned the next day. Because of this while I was staying in the room and I could not use the toilet comfortably. In short, it was not worth the price and the late check-in.

Staff were lovely. We used the restaurant for supper and the food was good, except that where salad and coleslaw are involved, a separate bowl should be used. …

Standard for a premier inn but what disappointed me is that i’ve paid around £400 to stay here for 3 nights, asked for my room to be “cleaned” once, as advertised in the rooms, while i was out for the day and they’ve just made the bed and …
