We holidayed around Scotland for our July summer holiday and stayed in 9 different accommodations, this came in at number 7 on our list but only because it was not overly memorable out of so many accommodations…nothing bad.I do recall a very friendly reception team, two ladies I think that did the Premier Inn family proud, they were friendly, chatty and informative. Parking was easy and free. The room was the same old, a tight squeeze since our little men became slouchy teenage boys.Breakfast was a nice start to the day. This hotel was picked for location purposes, to visit The Kelpies during the day and evening and The Falkirk Wheel - both are worth a visit and this hotel is well positioned for them.

As the title says Amy from housekeeping is terrible as she first not only went into my mothers and sisters room when they wasn’t their, but tried on their make up and used their make up equipment AND THEN even stole some make up, and what’s …

Staff on arrival excellent in hotel, rooms clean and spacious and surprisingly quiet considering location. Car park falling apart but spacious. Brewers Fayre next door was very busy, make sure you book early or late as peak time in the middle means you could be waiting a while for a evening meal but a big thanks to all the staff in the evening and at breakfast who seemed to rushed off there feet but still managed to be polite and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel room was stifling as room AC system is down, in all rooms seen, a joke of a fan was in the room that basically gave no air flow.  …
