the only down side was the breakfast, we both paid £10.99. The presentation was ok on the cereal side, the cooked food was greasy. I requested poached eggs as the menu states, oh we have no gas so they are off. …

Service from the reception and restaurant staff was excellent, especially Brooke who was very helpful and chatty when we went for breakfast. Location is perfect if you're driving into Glasgow as it's not far from the motorways. The rooms are ok. We had a problem with the bathroom extractor fan in one room, plus it was baking hot even though it was cool outside, so moved to a better room in the newer annex.

Paid for the meal deal but there was no restaurant service. Received an email the night before at 6.13pm stating so but we had left on our journey. Prem Inns should have informed us well in advance so we could make alternative plans. …

Went for a long weekend away with my family, I am so dissapointed as 2 weeks after l got a parking tickert for parking there. I had registered the car when we entrered the hotel. I have never had this problem before with any premier Inn. Please be mindful of this as it can happen to you.

While most guests have positive experiences, it’s essential to acknowledge that no place is perfect. Here’s a summary of what reviewers have mentioned:Cleanliness: Generally, guests praise the cleanliness of the rooms, describing them as spotless. However, a few minor issues have been reported—such as small stains on carpets. So, while the overall impression is positive, there’s always room for improvement. 🌟Value and Cost: Opinions on value vary. Some guests find the hotel affordable, while others question the price-quality ratio. It’s a subjective matter, and individual expectations play a role. 💰Amenities: Cozy beds and a varied breakfast menu receive well-deserved applause. However, a handful of guests have mentioned minor issues, like water pressure. Remember, perfection is elusive, even in the coziest of beds! 🛏️🍳Room Sizes and Noise Levels: Reviews here are mixed. Some guests appreciate the room sizes, while others may have different preferences. Noise levels also fall into this category—some find it peaceful, while others might be more sensitive. 🤫In the end, every traveler’s experience is unique. If you decide to stay at the Premier Inn Glasgow Stepps, keep in mind that it’s a handy hub for exploring Central Scotland. And who knows, maybe Nessie herself approves of the comfy beds! 🦕✨By the way, have you ever stayed at a hotel where minor imperfections didn’t dampen your overall enjoyment? Or perhaps you have a favorite hotel memory to share? Let’s swap stories—I’m all ears (well, metaphorically speaking)! 😊🏨🌟

The hotel could do with a coat of paint and new carpets at the hotel Stepps in Glasgow. Very tired and out of date. Very basic. Where we had breakfast, the dinning room could do with a good clean. Very basic breakfast, tables were sticky with food and napkins crumpled.

Stay here when im visiting family & stayed more than a few times too, always had a lovely stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. My only pet hate is screaming kids running round when ur trying to eat so maybe serve hotel guests & the public at separate times. Just a thought but this has only happened on 2 occasions during 2 separate visits. All in all I'd recommend staying here, clean friendly and very fairly priced 😊

Assigned Room 1. Worst nights sleep ever. Room is sandwiched between the access door on ground floor to ALL rooms and the lift so it was very noisy all night.|The shower is a dribble and the restaurant is shut. …
